Why am I suppose to pray gas goes to $3 a gallon when just 6 years ago people were outraged over $3 gas?

During all of Clinton and Reagan years gas was only $1 an change or less. Gas was under $2 less than 10 years ago and now its staying in the $3 and $4 range and Im somehow supposed to be happy it drops to $3? Where I am in NY, gas barely dropped under $4. The cheapest gas i can find in my area is $3.85 and this crap wont end.

Are you serious? You're upset because the price of gas has increased over the past 25 years??? Please show me something, anything that hasn't increased in price over the same period of time. (Except for wages. We all know they haven't kept up.)

I pay $0.80 a gallon for fuel for my diesel truck. I make my own biofuel so fuel prices are not a concern.

Thank You! I live on Long Island, and the cheapest gas has been lately is $3.57 and that lasted about a week, and it's back up to $3.87. I remember around 1999-2000 when gas went to about $1.71 thinking this is B.S. Now people are trying to sell me this bill of goods that $2.85 is a great price per gallon.
