Why am I now hearing a left-wing, Progressive, Democrat CO-AUTHOR of Obamacare suggest that the BEST way to deal with this law is to let the PEOPLE VOTE ON IT? - If you had a choice do you prefer a November VOTE on it, or the SCOTUS decision?

Progressive, Democrat Congressman for New Jersey, and solid supporter & co-author of Obamacare, Rob Andrews, seems to want the current healthcare law about to die in the U.S. Supreme Court, to be VOTED on by the PEOPLE in November 2012 instead of being knocked down by the Judiciary.
WHY NOW?...Why was it not only NOT important to allow the PEOPLE to decide in the first place, but also not even important to allow the PEOPLE TO WHOM THIS LAW WOULD APPLY to even know and UNDERSTAND its DETAILS within its fine lines BEFORE RUSHING it through the law - making process?
WHY?...WHY?...WHY Congressman Andrews?
How condescending can left-wing, Progressives get?

I remember when the majority of Americans were shut out of the whole frigging process.
Well FU Congressman.
A vote of the people would be lengthy. It, too, I am afraid, would end up in the SCOTUS. This could take a few years to be decided. To try to override the decision of the present Court would be considered unprescidented. While this process was moving forward, the health care mess could go into effect and in reality create a enormous hardship on the citizens. The Court will vote on the facts as presented and their relation to the Constitution. Too many of us are disenchanted and fail to remember what a strong and powerful document the Constitution is in its relationship to the executive and legislative s and judicial branches.
Really Jimmy?
0bie & crew wasted 3+ years battling about this while ignoring what was on the minds of Americans, Jobs, Homes, and the economy. They put all their political capital into a program that is a complete disaster even before 5% of it was implemented.
0bie and his sheep OWN 0bie-care and will ride that sucker all the ways down in flames.
A SCOTUS decision is necessary to end this discussion, put it out of its misery and set a legal precedent so that we never have to visit this again.
