In one of the latest but most distasteful efforts to mute criticism of President Obama's policies, a left-wing media "watchdog" by the name of Eric Boehlert is suggesting that conservative criticism of Obama could lead to his death. Trying to score partisan political points by raising a macabre scenario, Boe... Read full article »

Angel 2009/11/11 17:37:25+14it is NOT the conservatives who are a threat to Obama , it is his own un-American ways , he is being a threat to his own self.. the Left would love nothing more than to quite the Conservatives or anyone that might oppose obama.. but that is not going to happen and we are not going to stop speaking out against the wrong being done by this Govt... Obama is his own worse enemy ..

If you don't like what I have to say, change the channel!
My response to those who support this affront to my right to speak is this:
It's instructive to know that there are two very important knobs, switches or buttons on the device; one turns the device on and off, and the other changes the channel or frequency! Employ one of them if you don't like my message!
If the words don't leak out of Lord Overbearing's mouth on count 1 of the his dismal show, the don't believe it!
What happened? Did you forget this little tidbit?
“'You think the Republican National Committee could get that many people of color in a single room?... Only if they had the hotel staff in here.' – Howard Dean, during a meeting with the Congressional Black Caucus”
ref: Larry Elder, Stupid Black Men, (New York, NY: St. Martin’s Press, 2008), p. 95.
Oooo, or try these on for size:
“The excuses never stop. In this case, however, they have the value of revealing the source of a heavy layer of lies. The big lie is coming from civil rights leaders, Democratic politicians, and the teachers’ unions that have been silent about the lack of education in big-city schools, but who are now vocal in their opposition to the president’s (Bush 43) plan because of concerns for black and minority children. The truth is, they don’t like any plan that exposes how badly big-city schools perform.”
ref: Juan Williams, Enough, (New York: Crown Publishers, 2006), p. 102.
“What is hard is getting the message out. It is especially hard when a deafening batch of shrill voices is shouting excuses for why the poor remain poor. It gets even more difficult when the culture celebrates the cycle of failure, anger, and self defeating behavior that keeps poor black pe...

“What is hard is getting the message out. It is especially hard when a deafening batch of shrill voices is shouting excuses for why the poor remain poor. It gets even more difficult when the culture celebrates the cycle of failure, anger, and self defeating behavior that keeps poor black people shackled in the twenty-first century. And it's become nearly impossible when smart, successful black people, under the banner of racial solidarity, refuse to hold poor black people responsible for their own failings.” (Ibid, p. 211).
“Liberals have fallen in love with the idea behind the racial welfare state. They’ve absorbed the Marxist and fascist conception of ‘the system’ as racist and corrupt and therefore in constant need of state intervention.”
ref: Jonah Goldberg, Liberal Fascism, (New York, NY: Doubleday, 2007), p. 270.
“We return once again to the use of politics to demonize those who fall outside the consensus—that is, conservatives—and to anoint those within it. Whites who oppose the racial spoils system are racists. Blacks who oppose it are self-hating race traitors.” (Ibid).
That does seem to be your MO (That's modus operandi for those of you who don't habla!)
And once again, you've failed to hit your target! I'm glad you don't have a weapon, for you couldn't hit the broadside of a war!
Your continual inept play of the race care is indicative of your poor indefensible on any issue! And as you can see, that's not just my opinion, it's the informed opinion of many thinking Americans who are not (how did Katrina's General Honore phrase that again? Ah yes... ) "stuck on stupid!"
Next time, try insulting someone a little closer to your intelligence level... like say an Al Gore supporter, and leave the more complicated discussions to the adults in the room.
