In essence, the main portion of the law remains. State law enforcement can ask anyone they deem suspicious. If a person is pulled over for a traffic violation, if they are arrested for any crime, they must prove legal citizenship.

This guy will make certain of it.

The good news is that this guy won't be making any trips through my state. He'll have to prove his citizenship or get shipped back to Kenya.

The ruling is like a "catch and release" because they can be arrested but then the government has the right to deport them and not the State and I am afraid that Obama will just release them. I may be wrong.

Now I heard that the Feds are not going to cooperate with the State as far as deporting the illegals since Ariz. didn't want to cooperate in the past with the Feds.
I hope that this backfires on Obama.

Blows my mind to think Obama will not be impeached for this action. He swore an oath to uphold the laws of the constitution when he took office. Not just the laws he likes, but all laws.
Congress needs to get off their fat asses and impeach this mongrel excuse for a president.

The American People LOST.. The bite of the law was taken away and the path for even more ILLEGALS to cross the border has been widened again by the spineless Judges that seem to think that they are the ones making the laws.

MSNBC ABC CNN NBC CBS all put a spin onit I went to the paper the Tenneean and got my info I believe from reading AZ won out a few minor things but the meat was still on AZ side !!!

They upheld the most important part, the police CAN check for immigration status. And this is going to explode in Arizona now wait and see. Looks like California is about to get a lot more freeloaders and entitlement recipients.

Let's hope not. The Illegals are breaking our health care, education, and welfare systems here already. There have been several hospitals shut down as a result.

Sorry to say, once they start enforcing the law there they will move and California is the largest welfare state in the union, exactly why they are busted. But count on a large migration of illegals in the near future.
