.... " The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.
It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince.

The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their president." .... Unknown

Unfortunately, the media has given us Romney as the candidate to repeal this accounting nightmare.
It's not looking good for America's financial future.

Since March 2010, the percentage of Americans with an unfavorable opinion of Obamacare has almost always outstripped the percentage of Americans who favor it. According to a new Washington Post poll, 52 percent regard the “federal law making changes in the health care system” in a negative light and only 39 percent regard it positively. And earlier this month, a CBS/New York Times survey revealed that 68 percent of the public wanted the Supreme Court to overturn some or all of the ACA.
So, the SCOTUS gave Mitt Romney more weight in the November election.

This decision of the SCOTUS handed more ammunition to Mitt Romney in the upcomming November election. Since Romney is going to repeal Obama's health care reform, and since the Obama's health care reform is so unpopular, many more voters will support Romney in November.

Every American will benefit in some way. The ERs can return to treating acutely ill and injured, costs of hospitals will be lowered significantly as a result, freeloaders will be able to hold their heads up when asking for medical care at the clinics, Clinics will be able to collect some money or insurance else send them on their way, IRS will hire a lot of people to collect the penalties (about the same as trying to get a corporation to pay taxes), and the taxpayers will be about as well off as today.

In November, Obama will be slightly advantaged, and can be gracious and thank MItten for sending him the original drafts of the legislation passed in Massachusetts, which will
pretty much end the "debate" about how this legislation came to be.

.....even though the health care industry is what? About one seventh of gdp? I don't know who will benefit from it but I know who won't. "We the People" have lost out big time. Even if should romney win with a big gain by republicans in the house of representatives and a filibuster proof senate. What roberts did is say that congress can use taxation to force us the people into doing what they want us to buy what they say we must have eat what they want us to eat live where and how they want us to just by taxing us if we do not comply....

Cerrtainly no Americans will benefit from this robbery of our liberty. Chief Justice Roberts aided and abetted this theft! Can he be impeached?!

like the president judges can only be removed after being impeached. I realize that I would be just as angry had kennedy been the deciding vote. Since is was roberts it feels more like being personally betrayed so even angrier. If you don't follow the constitution or adhere to it or ignore it, seems to me that would because enough to be impeached and removed. To remove him it would take and impossible act of congress to impeach him and you know the senate will never remove him....

Then fortunately it won't benefit obama. Since he didn't write the bill I know damn well he ain't read it so he can't tell us what's in it. Plus since it is really a screw over the American people bill He'd have to lie like no tomorrow and the only people he's convince are the drones he's already told what to think......

If he tells people what's in the bill then he'll be screwed. The "health care" bill is crappy. It forces everyone to have it and pay for it even if they don't have money. If you don't have it you have to pay over $2500 a year in penalty taxes.

I suggest YOU take a refresher course on your HISTORY before you level insults and sarcasm at others along with your grossly UNEDUCATED assertions...a 50 year old "college graduate" should know this most basic of High School material!!!

Slavery in the United States was common in North America for at least 100 years BEFORE THE FOUNDING OF THE UNITED STATES. Most of these slaves were from Africa, or of African descent, and were owned by white settlers. Slave labor was especially sought after in the Southern United States, because this area offered fertile land for growing crops. Although slavery was common after the formation of the United States, it was a hotly debated subject. Many states outlawed the practice and slaves attempted to escape to these locations. The issue came to a head when REPUBLICAN Abraham Lincoln, who opposed the spread of slavery, was elected President in 1860. Let’s take a look at the events that led to the outlawing of slavery.
  • Paige Mary 2012/06/30 17:46:23

The founding fathers all owned slaves. Even in the North their were slave owners so maybe you should go read your history again. Hell their were Quakers who owned slaves.
