WHAT???? How could you forget Mike Huckabee??

Jindal: Too inexperienced, but he would make a great VP (the best VP choice actually).

Palin: NO!! She was EXACTLY why Obama won!

Gingrich: As far as I know, not a candidate.

Romney: No, he is a RINO and the only thing that he adds to the ticket is the fact that he is from MA. Location should be irrelevant actually.

And your picture for Ron Paul is incorrect. Anyway, he would be a good candidate.

Mike Huckabee! He is a true conservative who has a proven economic and social record and the experience to bring REAL change for the better! He can and will be the new Reagan!

    Huckabee 2012!!

    Ron Paul

Dr. Paul would be the best ... if ...the Republican party really means to return to it's true principles . If it determines that to continue on with it's version of liberal-lite socialism is best , it will choose any one of the others listed.

Good point re: Huckabee. And SH wouldn't let me correct the Ron Paul item. It was supposed to read "Jeb Bush".

Huckabee has moved on to broadcasting. I suppose he could get back into the ring, but I don't see it. I think Palin actually helped McCain with some of the GOP base, but McCain wasn't conservative enough. The pic of "Ron Paul" is actually Jeb Bush. It was an error when posting the poll (since I initially had both Paul & Bush in the poll), but SodaHead would not allow me to change the picture once it had been posted.

Well, when I first heard of his new show, I instantly guessed that he was eyeing a future run for office; given the current factors I could see him running again.

In the event that he does not run, I would likely be a swing voter.

    Sarah Palin

I really believe that it will be Sarah Palin running against Hillary Clinton. I think that Obama is going to make some serious mistakes as President, or something else is going to happen like he gets indicted for corruption with Tony Rezko or something, and he will lose the Democratic nomination. That is why I don't believe that Hillary Clinton will be Secretary of State. It would be rather difficult to run against her boss for the nomination.

You may be right. I can see a Palin vs. Hillary showdown in '12.

This decision cannot be made at this time. Anyone has four years to either make them a great candidate or become a felon like senator Stevens. Do you know what your reputation will be in four years? I don't have nearly as many irons in the fire as our next presidential hopefuls, and I wouldn't bet on where I will be.

Would like to see Jindal or Newt run. All are pretty good options. I just think that if the Republican party stays the course that they have been showing, it may be another liberal.

Hopefully they'll learn the McCain lesson... Democrat lite RINOs can't carry the GOP ticket.

The GOP could have taken this election if they'd had a true conservative running, rather than Democrat Lite. Palin might make a good running mate for the 2012 nominee... I wouldn't mind seeing a Romney/Palin ticket.

I know, I know. It says "Ron Paul," but has a picture of Jeb Bush. It's actually SUPPOSED to be Jeb Bush, but SodaHead won't let me correct it. Vote as if it says "Jeb Bush".
