They do it all the time in case you never heard of it! Thats the whole reason they keep them locked up tight partner! They also have to account for the reason they write their own persciption as well! I know that for a fact since my own aunt was a head nurse herself and her husband was also a doctor as well! There are indeed save guards in writting to many persctiptons to the same person all the time!
