The issue was immigration and the facial expression on Hayes face new that he had been beat.
Even as Kobach is from my state I don't share his view on immigration, I know what a political beat down is. Nor do I support Hayes's view on immigration. I like the political curage that Kobach took, even if it differs from my own beliefs Kobach came close to finding the root cause but not going after it. Only going to resolve immigration rather than that of tax and economic policies.
