The Navy SEALs who killed him+15Since the seals cannot directly collect the money, maybe there is a way some type of fund could be set up for the famlies and chldren, or set up a special fund to help all the wounded vets since9/11.






















Either that or......
Give it to the detainee who mentioned the courier. Then take the reward back from him, in seizing terrorist assets, and distribute it to victims. Either way.
Seriously, how about some to the team that mounted the raid, some to the informants who gave the definitive info, and some into some fund for families who've lost people in Afghanistan.
