Who loves America: Obama or Romney?
I have registered with BOTH campaigns to be on their email lists. As most of you know, yesterday was "Flag Day". I will post both emails the campaigns sent out to commemorate the day dedicated to "Old Glory".
Here is Mitt Romney's email:
================
Subject: Our Flag
Mitt
emails campaigns commemorate dedicated glory mitt romneys email subject flag

Dear Friend,

It's been just over a
year since we kicked off this campaign. This journey has afforded my
family and me the opportunity to visit voters all across the country.

And
no matter where I am on the map, I'm always struck by how many
supporters bring their own American flags to our events. To each of them
-- and each of us -- that flag represents the principles that made
America the hope of the Earth.

This campaign is about restoring
those principles and the promise of our great country. Watch this video
that captures our journey in our fight for a better America.

Today, as we celebrate Flag Day, we are reminded that this is truly a great land of great people who have
made great sacrifices. We are blessed to fly our Stars and Stripes.

What does the American flag mean to you? Share your thoughts here.

Happy Flag Day.

Mitt Romney
===================
And here is President Obama's Flag Day email:
==================

==================
That's right. Obama was too busy collecting check from the 1%rs to commemorate Flag Day: Flag Day is celebrated on June 14. It commemorates the adoption of the flag of the United States, which happened that day by resolution of the Second Continental Congress in 1777.

NO EMAIL FROM OBAMA ON FLAG DAY.

But don't let that influence your vote.... I mean just because he was too busy rubbing shoulders with BIG Celebrity donors doesn't mean he loves them (and their $) more than he loves America.

    Bush brought in the Patriot act, Obama brought in the NDAA. Everyone is a fraud.

    Bush isn't a fraud. He's a bad president for sure, but he's not evil like Obama.

    Welcome to the internet, a place where many of us have the right to express our opinion.
    1. There was no treaty of Paris. It was the Treaty of Tripoli that you informed me on.

    2. "you show utter ignorance"
    >Implying I'm alone in this characteristic.

    3. "And QUIT bothering Pearlie... "
    > Are you implying that if some one replies to me, and I defend my position, that counts as harassment? You sir are a joke in the name of free speech.

    Did I refer to the Treaty of Paris being the Treaty of Tripoli, also known as the Barbary Treaty... I & II.

    I believe I gave the example of God being used in our treaties, did I not?

    You're quite a "fragile" individual, are you not? :(

    I do not remember reading a Paris anywhere but I did intend to thank you for the information, before you started the mindless slander.

    His son might have but he himself didn't. Paul seems to be the closest thing to a real conservative out there. He want's a small government, a free market (no government bailouts) and to stop acting like a terrorist organization around the world. (Pointless war after pointless war.) Also bringing back the Gold Standard would make how currency is developed a lot more responsible. (Less inflation?)
  • ray Adrint 2012/06/25 05:52:54
    ray
    Ron Paul also wants to reduce our army. Paul is even worse than Obama. wrong
  • Adrint ray 2012/06/26 01:08:35
    Adrint
    What is worse? Wasting all of your resources across the globe in useless military bases in places like Australia, New Zealand, ect or reducing that, actually having a government that USES the constitution and does not act like a terrorist organization to the rest of the world?
  • ray Adrint 2012/06/26 01:23:33 (edited)
    ray
    Neither Obama or Paul uses the Constitution.Obama is the one that gave gang members weapons to make a reason to take away our gun rights.

    Bush is a bad president, but he's a hero compared to Obama.

    What's worse? .Having an army that protects us, or having no army which gives terrorist plenty of chances to attack us.
