WHO IS THE "REAL, PARTY OF NO?
The President has been going around
our great country calling the Republicans, the “Party of No!” For he claims that measures to improve the
economy have been stalled in the Republican Controlled U.S. House of
Representatives! However, a closer look at the total situation will indeed show
the educated and open American person that Republicans are not the party
standing the way of producing jobs….. but the DEMOCRATS are! Perhaps the President is upset that the
American people voted overwhelmingly to put Republicans in control of the
House, for prior to November, 2010, Democrats were able to shut them out of any
and ALL changes they wished to make in the “new” direction for Socialistic America.
However, should one wish to look at ‘facts,’
rather than ‘fiction,’ the new and improved U.S. House of Representatives has
submitted more than 350 bills to the Senate in which Harry Reid has refused to
bring up for a vote! Included in these bills
are two separate Budget Amendments (required by law) and more than 30 bills to
put Americans back to work! In these “job
bills,” are measures to go forth with the Keystone Pipeline and removal of new
regulations that have thwarted increased offshore oil drilling!
The Houston Chronicle reported today,
that more than 1.5 million jobs can be added by 2015 with current increase in
Natural Gas drilling! Such drilling is
being performed on PRIVATE properties and not subject to the strict regulations
of Federal supervision and increased bureaucratic complications that stall such
great opportunities available to this country’s unemployed! It is important to note that the 1.5 Million
jobs are directly related. Anyone who is familiar with ‘support’ jobs will know
that each job created in the oil field business produces 4 more jobs in support
of new employee hiring’s.
So…. WHO is the real PARTY OF
NO??? Shame, Shame…. Shame on Democrats who
throw rocks in “glass houses!” For IF
one will visit this site below, they will find just what the House of
Representatives has done since the Republicans came in power! Once you have seen these bills, one may wish
to call Harry Reid and tell him to get busy working….. rather than hosting GSA
employees to bubble baths in Las Vegas.

Sheila 2012/06/14 18:22:53REPUBLICANS ARE DOING THE JOB AMERICANS ELECTED THEM TO DO!+16And THANK GOD the (R)s said no when they did.
But as to the damaging part of no you have hit the nail on the head.
You should add Sections on these NOs that are promoted by the (D)s.
NO- profits, jobs, freedom. No safety for unborn babies. No death penalty for those who deserve it. NO student loans except throught the gov. No choosing who to work for.
Future "NO" goals of the (D)s-- No guns, No choice in food, No talk radio, No talking about your religion, No protection for your religion (unless it happens to be Islam), No borders, No pride in your accomplishments (that shows you are so selfish...to hog up all the luck involved in accomplishments), No pride in your country (I mean how can we lord it over the other countries like that), And on and on Ad infinitum.

it will be up to the PEOPLE.
Oh... just where was he saying he would get the funding for it??? He DID NOT HAVE ANY!!!
can you say $1T in reserves?
can you say private sector hiring?
I didn't think so.

Here is a GOVERNMENT website that proves you are a LIAR.
Sadly the republicans ain't doin' what they were sent there to do because there is still too much spending happening whenever obummer wants the debt ceiling raised it gets raised..........
The Republican Party consistently uses religion to back legislation–a clear violation of the first amendment’s protection of freedom of religion.
The GOP has a history of supporting war for war’s sake.
Sarah Palin. ‘Nuff said.
The Republican Party takes a pro-life stance when it comes to abortion, but strongly favors fighting wars, hunting for sport and food, and strongly supports the death penalty. Hypocrite much?
The Republican Party’s actions hint toward wanting a separation of classes.
The GOP wants to cut funding from education–so that middle and lower class families are unable to educate their children.
The Republican Party pretends to love America, but its only interest is lining its own pockets.
Many Republicans refuse to even consider the positions of others on political matters.
*I live paycheck to paycheck and I am thankful for those tax credits. Without them I'd be paying $500 more per child--and much more for other things. What about those energy credits? How do you square with that one? Obama's all for it. ??
*Where is the logic in making people who pay the most in taxes--pay more? It's proven not to solve anything. It's a gimmick and you continue to fall for it. Where's your logic?
*How exactly are republicans using religion to back legislation? They aren't making the USA a Christian, Muslim, Hindu, or 'other' nation. Methinks you had better understand what that first amendment really means.
*GOP and War? Again, google is your friend, honey. WWI, WWII, Viet Nam, Korean War and others--ALL ENTERED INTO BY DEMOCRATS.
*Sarah Palin? She has been proven right by leftist-progressive-democrat Pal Krugman who also said 'death panels' will happen, as well as a host of other things. I'll take her in a heartbeat over Hilary. At least Sarah wants the US to be sovereign!
*Of course they take a pro-life stance. They really care for people, unlike you leftists who: think a woman spre...

*Of course they take a pro-life stance. They really care for people, unlike you leftists who: think a woman spreading her legs for every Tom Dick or Harry and getting STD's is ok, and 'having a baby is evil', letting vicious criminals have fun in jails (on your dime), must only eat lettuce and beans -- is healthy for our country! It always amazes me that you never put your money where your mouths are. You talk about the planet being over-populated and cry over people using resources---yet you never once step up to help by living in a cave and keeping your breathing to a minimum! Hey, if you're going to be yelling at me to stop using resources, seems you had better not be using them in the first place. Hypocrites? oh yes! Double standards? Hell YES!
*Separation of classes? Sorry darlin. that's all on the democrats! Do your homework!
*Of course we want to cut finding to education. The money that's been stolen will finally be used for the kids and not administrators and bureaucrats! DUH! Maybe you could talk to those union leaders and have them stop gouging their peons. How 'bout that? Nah! You won't do it--it makes too much sense!
*Again, google is your friend. Take a look at who has become very wealthy, but, sadly I know you won't so I'll tell you....DEMOCRATS!!!!!!!
*Republicans DO love America. Did you know that it's been proven and researched, that it's REPUBLICANS that come out and fly their flags, attend parades and other patriotic functions during the holidays? Look for the info! It was even in Yahoo news a year or two ago.
*The Republicans refuse to consider legislation that goes against the tenets of the USA. SO SAD THAT DEMOCRATS DON'T FEEL THE SAME WAY!!
*Even more SAD that you just take their word for everything without looking into it. That's being a sheeple. Well, maybe even a paid shill. Which is worse? I think the paid shill. Which are you?
What is wrong with a 1 percent economy? As Joseph Stiglitz has pointed out in The Price of Inequality, the 1 percent economy eliminates opportunity for over a hundred million Americans. From the Land of Opportunity, we are in danger of becoming the Land of Opportunism.
If there is hope in our present situation, it lies with people who are morally complex, who are progressive on some issues and conservative on others — often called “moderates,” “independents,” and “swing voters.
Someone has to be the adult in the room!
I’ll bet the one of the first words you learned as an infant, aside from Mommy and Daddy, was… NO!
That word seems to be a perennial favorite among the parents of children whose sense of right and wrong have not fully developed (can you say liberal democrats?)
It is a word perceived as a negative in today’s ‘Anything Goes’ society. And it’s certainly a word the Liberals love to hang about Conservatives’ necks like the fabled albatross.
But, if the word itself is so bad, why then do so many parents use it with such vigor… and success?
Could it be that it actually works to correct aberrant behavior? Could it be that the word itself is not a negative, but the way it is employed certainly can be?
Take, for example, my 8 year old son. His penchant for cars and all things ‘transformer’ provides the perfect learning tool for his economic development.
As we invariably end up at the toy section of a department store, he displays no end of knowledge when it comes to his favorite cars or transformer action figures. He knows exactly what options each figure is capable of performing.

As we invariably end up at the toy section of a department store, he displays no end of knowledge when it comes to his favorite cars or transformer action figures. He knows exactly what options each figure is capable of performing.
And since Mommy and Daddy are an endless supply of cash, it should be no problem for him to convince us of the ‘dire need’ for him to have that toy… today!
Now, just imagine that magic moment when we ask him how much that toy will cost him? No, not us, HIM!
That’s right! Mommy and Daddy are no longer the economic tycoons with the unlimited credit card (you know, like our government). He realizes that the only time he receives anything ‘gratis’ from us is during Christmas, his birthday or some other special occasion. If he wants anything beyond that (better known as discretionary spending), he will have to save for it and use his allowance to purchase that badly needed toy.
Once we ask him that all important question, the smile comes off of his face. He’s just realized the price of the toy in question is considerably more than the available resources contained in his wallet.
He knows he has two choices; purchase something within his budget or wait until his monetary resources are built up to the level where he can afford that particular toy.
We are the parents that said, “No” to impulse buying and “Yes” to fiscal conservatism.
Now, if an 8-year-old can get it, Why can’t our Government?
In the United States Air Force it is considered a significant milestone for an enlisted member to achieve the rank of Chief Master Sergeant (paygrade E-9). Congress has limited the number of military members serving in the paygrade E-9 to only 1 percent of the USAF enlisted population.
That’s not many. Therefore, to achieve that rank not only requires testing, but a rigorous evaluation board process.
Once selected, the new ‘Chiefs’ are inducted into their new role and position with all the pomp and ceremony that this special distinction deserves.
And they even have their own creed, known as “The Chief’s Creed.”
It is a list of personal traits to which each Chief should aspire; such as their word being their bond and being able to place character above wealth.
(for the complete creed, ref: http://www.ageranger.com/chie...
It’s interesting to note that among the traits that set the Chief Master Sergeant apart from his or her enlisted contemporaries is the ability to say one word.
While all the world is saying something else… the Chief can say, (you guessed it) “No.”
Quoting from the Chief’s Creed, “who are not ashamed or afraid to stand for the truth when it is unpopular, who can say "no" with emphasis, although all the world is saying ‘yes.’”
Ref: http://www.ageranger.com/chie...
In the past year, more and more people are becoming conscious of the truth, even though it’s unpopular. They are becoming aware of their own limits and spending habits and thus turning their attentions to how this Congress and this administration spends money… not their money, OUR money!
The GOP, who lost power in 2006 and 2008 due to the fact they forgot whose money they were spending, have finally caught on and have chosen to re-embrace their fiscal conservative roots! If they are saying “no” in mass, then perhaps rather than acting like the child who doesn’t have the money in their wallet for their pet projects, the power-brokers in the Beltway (Pelosi, Reid and Obama) should look at the reasons the adults in the room (the Republicans) are saying, “no.”
