    When liberals look at a crowd of people, they see blacks, whites, Hispanics, Orientals, men, women, rich, poor, gay, straight, union workers, old, young etc.

    When Conservatives look at a crowd of people, they just see people.

    well you must understand that the Republicans and Democrats switched views from Democrats being conservative and Republicans being liberal to the other way around. This changed with FDR and Nixon. So for all conservatives on here saying that yes you freed the slaves, you must understand that if Lincoln would be brought back today he would most definitely be a Liberal Democrat.

    racisism exists, but it is not a one party issue it is a personal issue, and I truly believe that all races have the problem . it is not a political issue, it is a human issue

    I'd say the chances are the actual numbers would be pretty close to equal. However, in my experience conservatives have proven themselves to be less tolerant... especially of those they fear, don't like or agree with.

    I don't care about fair, neither group is all that racist. They both have a few individuals who happen to be though, but that's true of any group. "Racist" is a term that's thrown around far too loosely, and is hardly ever the case, it's just a copout used to try and win an argument.

    I prefer to see people as individuals. I believe that categorizing people into groups and then assigning characteristics to entire group that have been categorized is the same kind of bigotry that allows racism. There are people who call themselves liberal or conservative that are not racist- and some who are.

    I believe that racism is an American institution that has existed in this nation since it's inception.

    Liberals assume that people of color and those in poverty are too stupid to decide anything for themselves, so they legislate to that mindset. "The Constitution? People aren't smart enough to benefit from that." "Why should they have to excel academically? Let's just dump money into 'proving' that they are stupid and therefore not to be held to standard". The liberals, through the veil of "equity", do all they can to show that they treat people like retards out of kindness and understanding... It's disgusting...
