Who worked harder to get legislation passed? Makes you wonder what Obama COULD get done if he worked as hard at President, as he does getting re-elected. Didn't Lyndon Johnson have a TOUGHER time considering racism was so much worse?

A formal budget for FY2012 cannot be passed because of The Budget Control Act of 2011, but of course, Conservatives here have no idea what that even is, even though it was passed by the Republican House.
The actual appropriations for Fiscal Year 2012 were enacted as three appropriations bills in November and December 2011, which is in accordance with the United States budget process and law. They are:
Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012 (PL112-55)
Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012 (PL112-74)
Disaster Relief Appropriations Act, 2012 (PL112-77)
These 3 Appropriation Bills passed satisfy Federal Law in place of a formal budget.
I realize these words are much too long and complicated for the Conservatives on here to understand, so unless they actually see the word "buhh-jit" on something they're going to claim one hasn't been passed.
"Nuh uhh! I don't have a trail-uh... It tipped over."
