Who is Libertarian Candidate Gary Johnson and what isn't the MSM telling us now ..

Gary Johnson has twice the gubernatorial experience of Mitt Romney, and he governed in a state a little closer to the political center. He has more experience than Barack Obama did when he ran for president in 2008. Johnson was permitted to debate in one of the many Republican match-ups, and did quite well (which makes you wonder why he was only invited to one).

A poll by the group "We Ask America" released on June 26 in Colorado shows a neck-and-neck race between Johnson and Obama. Obama leads 46 percent to 43 percent in this Western swing state, but it is within the margin of error. That makes this Rocky Mountain state a toss-up, right? But Johnson wasn't listed in the headlines of the poll.

It's the same story with a Rasmussen Reports poll. The June survey of Colorado voters shows both candidates knotted at 45 percent in the Centennial State. Johnson isn't mentioned.

When the Public Policy Polling results from June shows Obama with a 49 percent to 42 percent lead include Johnson in the mix the results show Obama leads 47 percent to 39 percent in Colorado, with Johnson picking up 7 percent points.

Now PPP polls lean left the way Rasmussen leans right. But they don't lean libertarian. Johnson's strength, where he is best known, could be a factor.

No doubt in my mind at all on who I am voting for should RP not get the nomination. Romney can't beat Obama and people should wake up! All he can do is outspend him.

Because the main stream media "news" lies to everyone. A lie is a lie whether it is reporting incorrect information or omitting it. They want to elect another president for us. If you can not see this you are blind.

This is what I think about MSM "news" and the "Ron Paul Blackout"

If the American voter does not step up to preserve our Constitution come November ... there will be no America as we know her left come 2016.

Assuming the question isn't rhetorical, no, they cannot tell the truth at all. The truth is that there is no difference between Dem and GOP sans that part of your life or property they wish to control/own. That, and dems play on envy whereas GOP'ster play on fear.

Statism is statism. The only alternative is LESS of the former.

The Paulbots aren't enough, now we have the Johnsonbots. Four years of Obama isn't enough for these idiots, now they will guarantee four more years of Obama's Socialism.

They're not the ones guaranteeing an Obama win. It's the idiots who are ignoring their conscience to let an Obama Lite candidate take his place who are truly at fault.

No, I'm just willing to change poison for something bad for me, but survivable. Where were all you Paulbots and Johnsonbots when they needed money to win the primaries? Why is Paul or Johnson not gaining support if they are what We the People need? They have fringe support just like any non-electable third party candidate. We need a true third party capable of winning elections at all levels. The TEA Party has the best organization to start that and hopefully that will be their ultimate goal, Then candiates like Paul may have a chance.

Johnson may not win, but the best man will NEVER, EVER win if we keep electing the two politicians the DNC & RNC select for us. Their selections are NOT in the best interest of the U.S. Ever. I may be helping Obama stay at the trough, but if 3rd party can make a good showing, it MAY jolt the two major parties to wake up and pay attention.

AZ50 thanks for the post. I'm still on the fence. I've supported Ron Paul all along. I cannot in good conscience vote for more of the same (Romney/Obama).
Gary Johnson is the LP's best so far. I agree 100% with his message and his approach as both the GOP/DNC have moved too far away from the center to represent the people.
If Dr. Paul is not going 3rd party w/Judge Napolitano then I may vote Libertarian.

With what your Gov is experiencing from the Obama administration and voter registration fraud ... Obama has a very small chance of winning there ... so go with integrity and a proven successful governor ... the one who can really beat Obama other than Ron Paul. All Romney can do is outspend him.
