Who is a worse president: Barack Obama or Jimmy Carter?
What is it about so many Democrat Presidents that when the going gets tough, they simply disappear?
Jimmy Carter blamed “American malaise” for Stagflation, while inflation and mortgage interest rates hovered around 18% and an economy languished. Iran went Jihadi and all he could do was blame the American people.
Obama is presiding over an economy that has been officially out of recession since May 2009, but fails to generate sufficient jobs to even keep up with natural population growth. Millions thrown out of work since he assumed office are still unemployed, with prospects dim.
The Middle East is going Jihadi, with Iran and North Korea going nuke. Inflation is becoming rampant in key areas of food and energy, but it is ignored because these key commodities are not counted in the inflation figures.
And yet, since Friday and a press conference, we still have no idea what the American position on Libya or much of anything else really is. On the other hand, he did talk about education legislation, further indebting the taxpayer and inflating the high salaries and bloated pensions of union teachers.
So who do you think is a worse President? Is Obama merely Jimmy Carter’s “clone of color,” or does he proportionately elevate Carter from terrible to marginally adequate?
