These countries have/had their own central banks. They do/did not go to a federal reserve bank to borrow trillions and make their people pay it back plus interest like the stinking Americans do. Iraq and Libya were both preparing to start trading with their own money and dropping the global federal dollar standard. Guess what Iran is preparing to do?

or they can enrich that 5% fuel to 20% for Pu generation, in a fairly short time. or enrigh that 5% all the way to weapons grade at 80% or better in about the same time.

seen the latest IAEA reports? you're either living with old information or you choose to disregard reality.

perhaps you mean 3-5 years to construct a nuclear power plant? sure. if somebody will do it for them, but they don't have any tenders out for such construction.

that Israel WILL nuke them. all the crap that will get lofted into the atmosphere will be hanging with us for a century. its been 50 years since above ground testing (mostly) has stopped and we're still exposed to about 20-30% of that total radiation, but that doesn't include the Chernobyl, TMI and Fukushima releases. a limited nuclear war can only be far worse...
