The president just took out BinLaden, that says it all. Romeny's only experience is hiding his money in out of country bank accounts.

Going to war with an entire country and assasinatng a few terrorist in a hostage situation are 2 different things.
I have participated in both personally.

Yes... and thank you for your service Barry... but as a tax payer, I rather see drone strikes... whether they hit the target or not. Less damage then an all around war.

Drones are not a one sisize fits all tactic.
Asmall group of trained soldiers could have done the job and most likely saved the hostages. I was once sent into a camp that a helicopter strike had been aborted on because they tied young girls to the buildings to keep them from being blown up by missles only one girl died because we could not save her in time.

His high number in the December 1969 draft lottery (300) ensured he would not be selected.
He registered for the draft was not selected. = Not a draft dodger unlike Clinton. using the possibility of joining the ROTC as a ploy to work with the draft board to delay his induction and get a new draft classification.

All males in age range had to register for the draft. He could have volunteered but instead went on a Mormon mission. None of those cult Mormons want to serve.

Why didn't Clinton volunteer? He was older and was in the meat of the draft just like I was. I served two tours and I saw Mormons serving amongst us people that actually served instead of running the other way.

He did not dodge his responsibility to his God or country, that is American is most peoples book. Unlike Obama who did not register until he was 22, and Clinton who pretended to join ROTC to get out of it.

His God is Joseph Smith, dead people need to be baptized mormons, and blacks are to be slaves. I don't remember a war when the president registered.

When the Mormons migrated to Missouri they encountered the pro-slavery sentiments of their neighbors. Joseph Smith, Jr. upheld the laws regarding slaves and slaveholders, but remained abolitionist in his actions and doctrines.
Beginning in 1842, Smith made known his increasingly strong anti-slavery position. In March 1842, he began studying some abolitionist literature, and stated, "it makes my blood boil within me to reflect upon the injustice, cruelty, and oppression of the rulers of the people. When will these things cease to be, and the Constitution and the laws again bear rule?" (History of the Church, 4:544).
Walker Lewis was another free black man who held the Mormon priesthood .

Youare truly ignorant of history Mormons were and are adamant abolishionist. Slave ran to moron settlements because the mormons refused to extradite the slaves if found by the owners or bounty hunters.

LMAO. Yeah right. You don't get what the draft was all about. First of all the number that he got insured the fact he was most likely not going to get drafted. His number came up towards the end of the war when they were letting people out early. Funny remarks from those of you that are so against the Vietnam war but support the Muslim brotherhood like your messiah who never served a day doing anything but snorting cocaine in college.

He was a community organizer, then a lawyer, then a state senator, then a US senator, and now a President. You're forgetting some key substance there in your timeline. So to say that all he's done is protest is quite a ridiculous thing to say.

As Governor, he was in command of the state Guard. In any case, a good President will have top military people on staff as well as a solid cabinet to consult. Every President can't be Eisenhower and doesn't need to be.

Several presidents have not had military service including: FDR, Hoover, Coolidge, Harding, Wilson, Taft, Cleveland, Van Buren, J.Q. Adams, John Adams, Clinton, Obama. There are several others who were in the reserve stateside but never served in combat. At this point, due to his position now, Obama has had some experience leading the military and I think he's done well. He's made some tough decisions that could have gone either way. So, I think it's safe to say he's got guts.
