The assertion at the beginning of the Republican presidential primary by his GOP opponents vying for the nomination, that he would say ANYTHING to get elected, was dead right. Honesty? Mitt Romney and his cohorts caused the downfall of a major United States toy company. Thousands of Americans lost their jobs while he and his buddies made off with millions. He is a spoon fed millionaire who evaded Vietnam by going to France under the guise of religious conversion. He also elected not to be a part of the Civil Rights Movement. Google the picture of him casually riding his bicycle in France while young and brave men fought for his freedoms and liberties. I am not a Democrat. I am an Independent Party member; however, Democrats are entitled to their opinions as well. Just because someone doesn't share your political ideaologies does not make them an enemy on the opposite end of the political spectrum. President Obama grew up in a middle classed family and went to Harvard on a scholarship. He is rich but he made his millions. Money was not passed down to him by his family. He is not a spoon fed man nor a WASP. Bill Clinton was also not a WASP. Mitt Romney belongs to that "good ole boy" network. They believe the poor should stay poor. The rich should become richer and the people in power should be WASP. I don't support all of President Obama's decisions but he is not the man who drowned this country into a sea of debt and war casualties. President Obama held public office before becoming a community organizer. He also wrote two top selling books. He gets compensated for his speeches and his wife, First Lady Obama, is a savvy business women. They were a power couple in Chicago before he became our President. Also, one of the main principles in business is not all debt is bad debt. Another principle is you must spend money to make money. The stimulus packages were distributed to save our economy from a complete financial collapse. We benefit from it in ways we do not directly see nor touch on. I do agree that the banks did not deserve a bailout; however, many other facets of our economy were stabilized due to the stimulus. The essential debt created by Obama was created to sustain the useless hemorrage of the Bush debt.

One if health care was such a crises why wasnt part of the stimulus package used for health care? Instead the stimulus package was a compliation of pork barrel requests with no clear outcome. You call the useless hemorrage of bush debt what do you call the 3/4 of a bilion dollars given to green companies that went bankrupt in less than a year? If the stimulus had been spent on roads, the power grid, anything tangible it would have gone much better. Instead you get Obama laughing about no such thing as shovel ready jobs. One of the green companies that went bankrupt had its manufacturing plant in Mexico. Now thats what? Obama was a state senator then US Senator (145 days). And still no college transcripts. Talk about transparent

Do you know that our tax dollars pay for every single dime of medical care for all of the Senators, Representatives, Congress men and women and all of their immediate family members FOR LIFE? If you part ways from your employment do you and your family members get medical and life insurance, without even a copay, with the best medical facilities, for life? No?! Well, our government officials do! The Republicans have done a spectacular job of creating poverty paying jobs oversees with their policies on behalf of there corporate friends.
