I did not vote for Obama last time but I think my husband and I are going to go with him this time around ... Whoever wins, we will get up the next day and go to work in a free country ... Glad to be an American ...

What does it mean to be an American...to me it's that if I work hard every day I can make progress and get ahead. President Obama says the "deck is stacked against me" and the only way is through government help. It is that mentality that has Europe in crisis...I believe if governemt gets out of my way with less regulation and taxes...that's how I'll get ahead...and I getting ahead until the Democrats took charge of Congress in 2007 and Obama was elected in 2008...we don't need no stinking government to tell us how to live...Go America...Go Mittt...

So, you honestly don't think large corrupt corporations need to be Regulated? SERIOUSLY?? (OMG.) "They" are the cancer of this country, with all of their corruption; especially in the Private health insurance industry. You like being ripped off and overcharged on everything and the fact that these corporate criminals don't ever have to be Accountable for any of their crap? I don't know about you but "I" do NOT like being lied to and ripped off and I do NOT want overly rich, dishonest, corrupted corporations running MY life any more nor do I want them to take my Rights to Freedom away, either. so you like hes going against congres and the constituion and not going by the sepration of powers. yuo like that hes spent 3 trillion dollars to our debt and children. you like that hes doing unconstituitonal things like not doing immigration after arizonia won and not following the laws of or country. you like he may be involved with fast and furious or he would not have envoked executive privealige. you like hes getting is ass kickind in the supreme court for not following the constituiton. you like he wrote an executive order that goes against immigration laws of our country when he ssaid he can do nothing but follow our laws. hes trying to be a dictator and not president.

Hell yes I think he should go against the do nothing congress. Congress polling at 12% they have been useless. He has not gone against the constitution, he had to pay for two wars that was never paid for by Bush and the supreme court passed his healthcare law. Yes I like the fact that he pass an immigration law and I don't see where he is trying to be a dictator! I guess it's how you look at things huh?

It's NOT Obama tearing up the Constitution; (that makes absolutely NO sense, whatsoever as he fights FOR "the People" over and over again.) ; it's the VERY rich and corrupt house republicans that "back" all of the fascist corporate criminals that are the problem. what obama is doing is wrong or the supreme court would not be kicking his ass. next will be health care then his appointment why congress was in session. then the immigration oder he put into place going against congress and all the laws on the books he cant do that with an exexcutive order. i say the next gop president write one against abortion. lets see how that pisses libs off lol, same diffrence. obama is tearing the constitution up lol and coporations have the right as do union you dont like corps lets do away with union money to is that ok.

If you can afford it then buy your own healthcare insurance. I do. However if you can't what should you do ? Die? There has to be a better option than that! By people pooling their monies then it will be cheaper for all. Do you have any idea how many people depend on their employment to provide it for them? What happens when you get downsized and you and your family can't afford the cobra payments? I employ over 300 people and provide insurance with co-payments for my employees. However if you are no longer in my employ you lose your coverage! We could still do it the old fashion way. Go to the emergency room and be charged the maxs for whatever treatments you receive but just remember someone has to pay for that also. It is cheaper in the long run to have the healthcare law weather you are forced to buy or volunteer to pitch in. Either way you have to pay!

I would agree with you that there are problems with the system and there should be some action in Congress to deal with it. However, this law is a clear violation of the Constitution and im confident the Supreme Court will agree with that tomorrow morning in their decision. I am disappointed that the Republicans haven't put forward any serious plan to address healthcare and there really isnt any excuse for that. I guess Obama gets some points for at least trying to solve the problem.

When I first got a car the first time at age 23, I took the bus to my insurance agent so I could buy insurance ... Would not even drive once without insurance ... When Intel sent my husband's job to India after his minor stroke I had to buy health insurance ... It is hard paying for the policy but it is my bill ... My government did not have to tell me to do the right thing and have insurance ... I have lost 44 pounds so I am hoping my policy cost will go down this year ... It has taken me two years to lose the weight and I think the doctor is going to take me off the blood pressure meds this summer ...

Yes I think Obama has a compelling life story and the "right " social background" ( most of our presidents are basically working class kids who made "good" in life rather than rich men who someone gave them their wealth). However, this economic crises in EUROPE and to a lesser degree in the MIddle East is much worse than most Americans realize it is and ..guess what it is STARTING to effect America
