Which type of payment do you prefer?

Because I am not allowed to pay with anything else.

I generally use my debit mastercard and save my "real" charge card for things that I buy online (I keep a low limit on my card so even if it is swiped they arent going to get very far). I have found that it is far easier to get the money back from a charge card if something goes wrong with the transaction but YMMV.

No one is safer or more accepted.

That way I can keep track of what I'm speding.. other than that I use Visa check card. I would never ever buy a credit card EVER!!!!

Cash that way I know Ihave it but I do often use my debit card. Let me call the bank hope I havent overdrafted.LOL

I deal strictly in cash. I hate going out with women that nick pick over a lunch damn check and the tip. Or a someone that writes a check for $2 or $3.00 bloody dollars constantly. Men usually don't do that. I went out with a guy for about 3 weeks and we went to the store for something and he wrote a check for $2.50! He made a good living, he'd never heard of a debit card. I asked him Que Pasa? He said I never carry cash. That was a deal breaker, I never went out with him again. It is one thing when you simply don't have any money, I've been there. When I go out to eat I'm not going to worry about $.78 or who pays for the extra scoop of whatever. AND I tip 20% at the top drawer restaurants here if the service is great because it is expected here. I've been with people who don't tip 10% after great service when the norm is 15%. I won't go out with them again because I won't stiff a working person and I don't want the rep of hanging with that sort of crowd....

Credit is a very very scary thing to mess with.

The best card in the world! AMEX always trusts it's customer and never gives me a hard time!

Hate paying interest, only use credit cards for reservations, etc. when there is no choice.

ALL OF THE ABOVE .I LOVE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AT THE PUMP BECAUSE I HATE GOING IN TO PAY UNLESS I NEED SOMETHING ! I LIKE THE DEBIT CARD BECAUSE I KEEP MY MONEY IN THE BANK I HAVE FOUND IN THE PAST THE MORE MONEY I HAVE ON ME THE MORE I TEND TO SPEND OUTTA SIGHT OUTTA MIND! LOL

It is quicker to get cash . The others you have to wait for the transaction to go through.

It has a soccer ball on it...they got me hooked! Plus, I get movie tickets just for using the card which the whole family enjoys.
I like to put everything on it then pay it off at the end of the month. And if I have a problem with a product or service and I can't find the receipt, they will send me one.

C A S H as much as possible. Then i owe nothing and it's paid for!!!!

If you pay by cash, then you don't have to deal with credit card bills, and checks,you might not have enough money in the bank to pay, but you might have enough in your wallet.

Just wish more places would accept it!

NEVER TRUST MYSELF WITH AMEX

I can go shop crazy that is why I use their blue card so I can get cash back as I shop!

I've used it my entire purchasing life and have never had a problem. However, I wish Paypal was an option. My online shopping would be a hassle without Paypal!

its my check card so its just like cash except when you need cab then you need the old fashion stuff but I prefer the American Express for business because it says you got a lot of class and pay your bills on time.

No particular reason. We get cashback on Amex, but I'm sure all the others have that too. I hate Discover, though.

Sort of an ambigous question, considering it's in the business section business: as a merchant, Visa/Mastercard are the cheapest rates, Amex very high; Amex however is easier to manage. As a business owner (and card), Amex because of their business focus. For personal, Amex (via the Costco Cash Rebate card).

Cash is the best, and definitely accepted EVERYWHERE :)
Credit Card only accumulates debts...as much as I love to use it =D
