This appears to be a national average, which tells me the issue of voter fraud is a statistical non-issue that neither harms nor benefits any individual candidate, cause, or political party.
Republicans are benefiting at the moment.
And what's on the Republican side? A butterfly ballot that Nader supporters conveniently found confusing the moment they realized they gave the election to Bush.
Given the demographics of typical GOP voters vs typical Dem voters, what indications to you have that Republicans benefit MOST from fraud?
the terrorist obama regime is killing the American Dream
There are several bills in congress that the Dems have blocked. The FairTax bill is a bipartisan bill with over Six Dozen cosponsors, mostly GOP members, it would abolish all income taxes and allow poor folks to have the same tax benefits as rich folks like Warren Buffet (whose secretary has a higher tax rate than he does). But the Dems have blocked it and Barry said he wouldn't sign it. Same with social security reform like the Chile/Galveston system. Chile has almost wiped out poverty in just two generations with their private ownership social security system. Imagine the economic benefits of allowing folks to inherit their parents and grandparents lifetime of social security payments & compounding. But the political leadership won't pass ...

Imagine a young couple in their mid 30s with $80k to $120k dropping into their lap upon the death of a grandparent. Suddenly they could pay down or pay off their home mortgage, or fund their own child's college, or buy that Subway business franchise and create JOBS. Such a change would give people choices that we don't have today. Imagine that same couples in their 50s or 60s and their own parents pass. Suddenly they have $250k to $500k from their inheritance. Imagine the good work that older couple could do for their church, or their favorite charities, or simply helping their adult children. There are many changes like that, which our political leaders ignore. It’s far easier for them to bicker over bull ship issues than to actually SOLVE problems. Anyway, there's my 2 cents... please vote for the candidate that supports the ISSUES that can CURE our problems instead of simply apply a band aid over the festering sore. But then, gov't is in the business of handing out band aids and it’s not in their best interest to actually cure any diseases.

Of course the question was about voter fraud. How does more advertizing equate into "buying" people?
You see advertisements all the time, does that mean you have been bought?
Did Chevy or Procter & Gamble or Sprint or Allstate "buy" you? Because they all buy FAR MORE advertising than does the Republican Party. Just a thought...
I thought it was the Obama bin Ladin Athiest Muslim Terrorist regime?
Get your story straight!
