Which order of ruling do you think Great Britain should advocate?

Personally, I think the world (not just GB) should asquiesce in a more modern intake on social living and culturalist politics. But if neither was doable, which of the following would be more beneficial to society?

Both have similarities related to democracy, to a certain extent but democracy favours nationalism, in terms of one man ruling a country. Both have equal ideologies but oppose each other on a political scale.

Since the Queen doesn't actually rule the UK I don't understand the question. She is a figurehead. She does not make the laws or decide policy.

It's not questioning the current state of leadership nor is it relevant to what form of policy is in effect, it's simply to find out which method of order people would prefer, if given a choice.
