CNN's viewership has dropped to its lowest point since 1991, The New York Daily News reports, while Fox News continues to lead by a wide margin. In the last year, CNN's ratings have dropped about 35% to an average of 446,000 viewers, while Fox News Channel's ratings have only dropped 1% to an average of 1.79 million viewers. MSNBC, the second-most watched news channel, is down 13% to an average of 689,000.

However, CNN's drop in viewership is primarily in the U.S. Internationally, the network continues to hold relatively strong ratings. "Piers Morgan Tonight" and Anderson Cooper's eponymous talk show, "Anderson," have not dropped quite as far as CNN's overall ratings, but they're still on the decline. What news channel do you tune into most often, if any?

For the few that watch MSNBC, "hey they make up the news," it's yellow journalism at best.

The Beeb is my favorite way to get news "as-is" with minimal spin. I know how I feel about politics here in America. When I want news, I just want news

Though I watch Fox Business News at least as much, if not more. I do not watch the other networks much due to their bias in favor of big government and their irritating Progressive Elitism. I am an individual rights and freedom-loving American, so the other networks are just too wrongheaded.

Rachel Maddow is the only one I watch with any regularity, but her show does not pretend to be hard news. It is an OpEd program based on informed analysis. I watch Fox and CNN as well, but not for news. You need to READ to get actual news. BBC on line is a better source for factual information. Watching news channels for news is misguided behavior. The discussion panels can be stimulating and entertaining, but the only information you might gain is how far the talking heads will bend the facts to fit their agenda. People watch Fox for the same reason they watch soap operas; breathless, overhyped opinionated melodrama. It is usually delivered by bloviators and faux journalists (some of whom have really great legs.) As with the Stern Show, you either love it or hate it, but you can't wait to hear what they'll say next!

I try to scan across several networks, but keep drifting back to FNC. Not only do they have the best format, best looking and most intelligent people and great topics.

What impresses me most of all is their more balanced approach. They are not afraid to buck the mainstream media trend, which seems to have drifted into the Liberal mindset in presenting the news.

I know you libs out there will yell that FNC is right wing tilted. But in response; many of my liberal friends watch FNC to find out news that the mainstream hides from us. Ask yourselves (right or left); what would we have if there was no FNC, to offer a different perspective in reporting news?

We'd all be fed whatever the liberal media wing wants us to believe. Kinda like Goebbel's media before WW2.

When talk radio and FNC get censored, we'll be in a dictatorship. Read your history.

FOX NEWS tells it like it is the rest of them lie as much as Obama and the demorats do.

What? FNC has stuff the mainstream nets will never show us. If not for FNC, we'd be dumber than straw about what's happening around us.

Even Liberals turn to FNC more and more to find out what's really behind the news these days. That's a testament to their quality and fairness in giving us the news.

The other nets rarely give us opposing viewpoints. FNC always has someone from the opposing line to give different perspectives.

You've lowered FNC to the likes of other nets and Obama and Democrats; that's not true and not fair. You must not be comprehending the news then.

You know I think FOX does pretty good for the most part but why do they have a guy like Sean Hannity who is definitely partial to anything not Obama. No matter what it is, if president Obama is for it Hannity will attack it.
