Although the majority are hilarious - the only real exception is the robber filing suit. That actually happened here a few years back, a guy broke into someone's house, got scared by her pet snake and climbed up onto her coffee table and the light fixture above said coffee table. The light couldn't hold his weight, it fell and he broke his arm as a result. After being convicted for breaking and entering he sued her for his medical bills - and a judge awarded it to him. Personally, that's not "funny" so much as it's a sad commentary on just how "out of whack" our legal rights are. Under NO circumstances should someone be able to sue you for injuries they incurred in the process of commiting a crime AGAINST you. One more case of the criminals seeming to have MORE rights than their victims.

Do they chase you down and say, "excuse me miss, do you know that you have broken law #641 a booger being flipped into the wind? That could have put someones eyes out!"............ I am breaking that law all the time.

My favorite local law is that in NH no one may tap toes, bob head or in any way keep time to music while in public. Essentially, dancing is forbidden.

the person that made this law has got to be SLAPPED! and hard!!! to make him/her realize that that was a STUPID idea. uh..yeah..why not let the robber "sue" since he didn't get away with any of my things or worse, why not give the crook and added bonus of my money for doing such a good job of robbing my house and then breaking his back while falling down the stairs!!! please tell me which state this law is in so that i NEVER live in that state.

Blow your nose in a tissue.

Wipe your nose with a tissue or handkerchief.

Gentlemen usually carry them in their pockets for ladies to use if the lady doesn't own one in her purse.

Santitary reasons...uh...ALOT of people don't wash their hands and come in contact with others...spreading MORE germs to that person.

It's just being clean...that's all. (smiling)

One of those really nice things to practice or get into the habit of doing.
