if you want the business to hire again they need to know what their tax rates will be. they need to know how much they pay over and beyond the salaries they pay.

a flat tax is the best tax but any tax that is known will allow them to hire. they know their tax rate will be 33% or 40% they know how to determine their budgets and how much money they have. congress is doing nothing to help america.

I would add the importance of who will appoint the next two or three Supreme Court Justices. Constitutional reasons should head the list in my opinion. Nothing should be more dear to us then the document that has made ALL of the above reasons possible. Were it not for the Constitution, America would never have been!
