Media is at the crux of the problem, without honesty in media we're in dangerous waters. Hitler owned the media at the time. His minister of propaganda was brilliant and we see it today. There is no one to really police the media or this administration. Integrity in media is disappearing

I concur, but even though your friends regret voting for Obama thy are still liberals, until a liberal is allowed to utterly fail and hit rock bottom, they will never change. And providing government assistance to them is like giving booze to an alcoholic! Ask them, "When has a poor person offered them a job?" Ask them, "Who would you like for your children to emulate? A poor person or someone financially secure?" Notice I didn't say rich, as Obama will tel you, "If you have a job, you are rich!"

The people I know that voted for Obama Do very well financially.
They've never been on welfare.
They are homeowners.

No I never thought they were on welfare, in fact my Biology Professor (a raging liberal as well as his wife) is in my Sunday school class. we get along fine as long as we don't talk about { politics } ohhh the forbidden fruit is always the sweetest. We (my family) used to vote straight democrat here in rural Florida just because Lincoln was a Republican. Then we slowly came to realize that we were no where near the base of what Democrats believed. I know lawyers who vote straight democrat just so they can have the numerous loopholes provided for them at tax payer expense. If this president has his way very soon our government in D.C. will fail, is this a bad thing? I don't know. Look at the states, they are all doing pretty well except California and Connecticut. We don't NEED a federal government that strangles it's citizens. If the current American government dies after 236 or so years i can only hope that it is replaced with a better more thoughtful system that keeps it's citizens in mind.

Obama has no power whatsoever, except the power the people allow him to have.

The greatest threat to America is the same threat that has destroyed every empire and every major power in the history of the world: human nature.

Humans never never never NEVER change. We continue to make the same mistakes that we have made for thousands of years, and we are going to continue to make them.

So, as long as America is populated by humans, it is doomed to fall--some day. Such is the nature of the world.
