Liberty is something that we are loosing fast as our government seems to thing they need to make our decision for us and the people are paying no attention to what is going on.

Equality does nothing but put everyone in the same hole - it doesn't give any opportunity or incentive to achieve or succeed a better social standing. With freedom everyone has the opportunity to be successful.

I like that I can work harder or smarter and earn more. I like it that there is no ceiling over me. I don't want government control. This country was not founded on the principles of socialism. You are free to labor as hard as you want and earn as much as you want.

The bigger the government the less our freedoms. We are much better off with limited government.

This is an excellent post ! Some of the regressives should give some thought to what they really want !

I believe in equality but not open ended equality. Because not all people are equal. Take the New Black Panthers.........they are NOT my equals. They may have equal
'rights' under the Constitution, but they are NOT my equals!

My freedom and liberty. Someone will always have more than me. Freedom is doable. Making everyone equal is not. ALL societies have classes. It is part of the human condition. If you have freedom, you can change your situation if you are not happy with it.

Romney does not particularly excite me. If we can get rid of Obama at least we can then concentrate to apply pressure to him to make sure we change course. Otherwise we can push him out after four years. Unfortunately a limited group ran and people voted for him and there aren't many choices.

We have problems in our court systems and that needs to get rectified as well. Roberts last decision was terrible. I have little confidence in SCOTUS these days.

Liberty, liberty, LIBERTY!!!

Liberty is the opportunity for all to succeed. Equality means we all fail the same. Liberty is the God given chance to utilize our individual talents. Equality is the suppression of uniqueness, it's the participation ribbon of life.
