A controversial new study has concluded that, contrary to the view of many experts, breast is not necessarily best for children in the first months. Breast milk is no more beneficial for a child's health than formula milk, a scientist has claimed. I don't agree and would like to know what the rest of you think.
When I use my electric breast pump, I can express well over 12 oz or 360 ml of milk from my breasts at each feeding. Why would I buy formula when I produce more than enough milk for my baby.
So what is better? Formula or breast milk?

Breast milk, on the other hand, is CONSTANTLY changing to meet a growing baby's needs. It carries a mother's immunities to help boost a baby's fragile immune system plus it contains both anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. Studies have even found that a substance in breast milk kills cancer cells. Oh, and was shown to reduce the risk of SIDS my a HUGE percentage.
Honestly, I do NOT see how anyone could even make this debate with a straight face....HUMAN milk for baby HUMANS....COWS milk for baby COWS! :-D
