Which immigration forms & documents will I need to file a fiance petition (k-1) ?

Required forms may be downloaded at www.USCIS.gov website. Documents must be signed & dated using a black ink pen. Follow instructions on the forms G-325A and I129F. Payment amount must be exact and made payable to the endorser on the form. Then sent to appropriate USCIS according to location, California or Vermont Service Centers. Upon receipt a "Notice of Action 1" will be sent to the petitioner, (also known as receipt notice). Approximate time one week to 30 days. Once approved a "Notice of Action 2 " will be sent to the petitioner, (also know as the approval notice). Time frame for this process two-six months. The approved file will be forwarded to the NVC, to be reviewed. Once approved, the case will be assigned another case number beginning with the alph prefix signifying the beneficiaries country of residence. Time frame one-six months. Upon approval from the NVC a letter will be sent to the petitioner and the file will be forwarded to the U.S. Consulate where the beneficiary resides. Time frame varies for each consulate, one month-one year.

* Supporting documents to establish validity of this K-1 (fiance visa) petition include ex..letters, phone calls, boarding passes, proof of meeting in person in the last two years, messages, receipt of engagement ring, signed... dated letters with contact info from family attesting to the relationship, Photos..dated with full names of beneficiary and petitoner written or stamped on the back.
