“I can tell you that both Ron and Rand will have an important role in the convention and their supporters and ideals will be well represented,” said Jesse Benton, who managed Ron Paul’s presidential campaign.

WASHINGTONPOST.COM reports:
An initial list of GOP convention speakers doesn’t include either Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) or his son, Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.)
include rep ron paul r-texas son sen rand paul r-ky

First of all you are wrong!

I took a screen shot of the headline I answered

    Liberty Truth Ron Paul

Ron Paul is not a "Former Candidate" unless you are referring to the Republican party's grave mistake of election 2008.

Ron Paul is currently a presidential candidate for election 2012. The only problem we have as a country is letting the main stream media elect our leaders for us.

Why did they "black out" the "Campaign for Liberty" when they were clearly gaining more support than douche bag Romney?

You didn't see this on TV did you?

leaders black campaign liberty gaining support douche bag romney tv

    You didn't see this either.

I hope Ron Paul pulls off a coup at the convention. Romney and Obama are both puppets of the NWO and the bankers, they offer no solutions to the problems we face as a country, they are both BS artists.

Ron Paul tells you the truth and has the solutions. He can "lead by example" and wants America to do the same.

People can't control what other people do.But I will say that if they do get loud or out of sorts ,they have every right to be pissed and act up.Those people started off getting a raw deal and were treated unfairly from the git go.They have not received any better treatment than the Dr. has.
as far as making anyone against 0 look bad, that is already happening no matter how well they are behaving so it is not an issue for me.

They need to be respectful---from what I hear around town they better be because there are some groups ready to handle any nonsense by any group---well, lets say aggressively

I would say it is good to be respectful as well.Too bad they have never been given that from the other side. Sounds like you are planning to put the thugs on them already?do you not see how you sound?
There will be groups.groups of who? Thugs that is who.It is no wonder that no Paul supporter will ever deal with the GOP again.
I swearI will never go near those two parties again.

it's up to the RNC...quit trying to corrpt the system....I can't believe people are willing to go to jail for a FEDERAL crime for Mitt Romney.....but they are being sued in Mass..and Maine...and Colorado...and Lousiana.....and Oklahoma.....the RNC members will be going to jail afterwards......that's why I say watch how many will resign after the convention...haha

Then why do you need 'groups'ready and waiting? Especially since you have never seen a riot or any thing like one from Paul supporters? They have never broken the law.
I don't think any conservative convention has required police intervention.Yet the coppers are there specifically because of Ron Paul.Hmmm.
I wonder if they are planning to do something to intentionally cause problems for Paul supporters.

Once again...your listening to the media....it's the Romney people that have been violent....although Ron Paul's people are actually in the younger generation.....it's the old farts that have caused most of the violence....why becuase they don't like not gettin thier way....they should becuase thier older.....not to some young punk....watch the video below...Rachel Maddow had this kid on ....and he sounded more intellegent then the idots running the establishment...

I noticed how little coverage Ron Paul was given in 2008 debates. I wanted to hear more of what he had to say. Media would focus on certain candidates. Americans better wake up to media control.

Aloha Strawberry.....there are MANY Ron Paul videos on YouTube. Excellent stuff...but it justt makes me more frustrated hearing how good it could/SHOULD be........

I'm a founding member of Democrats for Ron Paul. :o) Nominating Mittens is like handing Barry 4 more years on a Silver Platter!!! I actually bought in to that "Hope" crap........now I'm HOPING for a CHANGE.....but it ain't gonna be Mitt....not a chance. Maybe Barry will legalize weed in his last 4 years........although, I expect there's too much money to be made by keeping it illegal. Did you know the Private Prisons 4 PROFIT have LOBBYISTS??? That's about as SICK a "business" as you can get!!!

He has polled better than Obama, when you poll voters from ALL parties. It's only the republican establishment, who fear him.

    Keep in mind...

27% of the voters are republicans
    29% are democrats
    40% are Independents.

Ron Paul has always polled highest with the Independents, who are the usual swing vote, as they were for Obama, in the anti-Bush sentiment.

20% of the republican base are rabid Ron Paul supporters.

Add the Blue dog republicans... the anti-war, anti-religious extremist... and you have a recipe for a Ron Paul victory.

Republicans are only a small part of the general electorate equation, and a third-party run has not been eliminated.
