“I can tell you that both Ron and Rand will have an important role in the convention and their supporters and ideals will be well represented,” said Jesse Benton, who managed Ron Paul’s presidential campaign.

First of all you are wrong!

I took a screen shot of the headline I answered

    Liberty Truth Ron Paul

Ron Paul is not a "Former Candidate" unless you are referring to the Republican party's grave mistake of election 2008.

Ron Paul is currently a presidential candidate for election 2012. The only problem we have as a country is letting the main stream media elect our leaders for us.

Why did they "black out" the "Campaign for Liberty" when they were clearly gaining more support than douche bag Romney?

You didn't see this on TV did you?

leaders black campaign liberty gaining support douche bag romney tv

    You didn't see this either.

I hope Ron Paul pulls off a coup at the convention. Romney and Obama are both puppets of the NWO and the bankers, they offer no solutions to the problems we face as a country, they are both BS artists.

Ron Paul tells you the truth and has the solutions. He can "lead by example" and wants America to do the same.

    Liberty Truth Ron Paul

Whether you like him or not, he has the support of an ever growing number of people. Not to mention, that the majority of his views are closer to the conservative viewpoint that even Romney's are.

If he is pushed to the side by the GOP that increases the chances of him running as a 3rd party candidate, which will only split the Conservative vote and give the election to Obama.

Instead, he should be embraced by the GOP and given a prominent place at the convention. Perhaps even be named as the VP pick, which would nearly guarantee the race for Romney.

the GOP needs to listen to him since he's got relevant answers about how to fix our broken system & stop the out of control spending that's bringing our nation to it's knees. He knows that the Federal Reserve must be audited & the insanity of business as usual inside the Beltway needs to stop. He speaks for the people who love this nation & want to see it saved!

the gop needs to listen to the voters and they want nothing that ron paul spews. ron paul speaks for himself and no none else. if he spoke for the people he would have gotten more bills passed than 4 in 20 years. hpow he ever won a third term i will never know.

In a way I agree with he should be featured. We should feature him as an example of what a conservative republican should NOT be.

WHO CARES about stereotypical black & white parties. Vote for him or against him on what he believes, his creative thinking, & how strongly he stands by what he believes. That's what truly matters.

Only the Ron Paul bots that are hiding behind his Israel stance thinking some how the USA would abandon Israel and leave her to the Islamists. They don't care about liberty or the Constitution, they are Islam/Palestine supporters.

He should be the Republican nominee for crying out loud! He's the ONLY true conservative who ran in the Polish fire brigade otherwise known as the 'vetting process.'

There's a REASON why 'conservatives' are so often called knuckle walkers. They can take the greatest gift conservatism has been given in thirty years and crap all over it!

"ron paul doesn't support anything the gop does."

That might be because they're no longer conservative. (Otherwise, he's strong on actual DEFENSE as opposed to the jingoistic war du jour, and he believes in the gold standard, the free market--basically all that economic soundness stuff for which conservatives USED to be famous.)

"so explain to me why the lib ran as a republican"

That's the easy part. Ron Paul is also not stupid. He's fully aware of the 'two party (as if)' monopoly in this country. He's also fully aware that 'both' sock puppets are politically indistinguishable from the perspective of one who actually values the founding ideals of freedom/liberty.
