Where in the Constitution does it give the government the right to run Healthcare?

Endless Roads 2009/09/14 00:29:19

I think maybe it's in the fine print right next to where it says,
government should take over the private sector and kill the economy, terrorize the American people.
    I think.

Who pays their bill after treatment? How many times does this happen? THen where does the money come to pay the nospital's bill? The doctors, nurses everything. 'O' wants us to. I want 'O' to keep his corrupt hands off my wallet!

Ok, so you seriously are saying that your only concern in this entire situation is $$, and rather or not some of your hard earned money might actually go to better another individuals life - or keep him/her alive for that matter.

What a selfish little asshole you are. You are representative of the kind of people that make me sick. I hope to God (not that there is one) that this legislation does pass, and that it results in diminishing your little piggybank by a few dollars. Hell, let's go for several dollars. You know, just to make you that much more miserable.

Well, it's late. I'm going to catch some Zs. Nice talking you , and nighty night.

Actually my concern is the power grab 'O' wants ,on his quest for total control of the U.S. Just another piece of the puzzle,he's trying to wedge into place! None of his proposed ,and up coming, bills do anything for the American citizen! Not a one! #1 So called health reform- #2 amnesty bill- #3-cap/tax bill. ALL of these bill only benefit the power grab of 'O' and his minions. What have the illegals done to better my life? I've never taken a dime from them, but how much of OUR country's taxes have paid their way?

The only thing that can diminish my dollars is the inflation 'O' is creating, stay tuned for that monster.$ 4.00for gas? That will be a joke when you paying $5.00 a loaf for bread, and your 'dollar' is worth 10 cents! But should I lose all my money: It would be a blessing to me,as long as we were still free Americans, living in the land of the free and the home of the brave! Absent the big 'O',and his puppetmasters. Have a good sleep.

You have some good points-I think. But why are these thing constitutional? The "pursuit " of many of these are just that. Not some guarantee for those in "pursuit' to have someone else provide it for them by law.

Yea that's a pretty good sad story, destroying the best health care in the world just for the sake of destroying it ain't the answer either.
If getting those people insured is so important to Obama, then why not come up with real solutions, like tort reform if he did just that it would lower prices enormously.
Oh wait that's right he won't do that because the scumbag layers that sit around waiting for a excuse to sue are supporting the democrats.
Butter up your sad story some more then send it to Obama
I doubt if it'll do any good, see he's going to screw you too right along with everybody else, unlike you he could care less that your a liberal.

But the government isn't giving you those either! Nor are they controlling how and where you buy or use them!

Isn't food more of a basic need than insurance? Using Obama logic, we should ALL be getting free government subsidized food, just like his plan for insurance! The FACT is that people budget for food and thus they normally have enough to get what they want to eat. Yes...even a chicken quesadilla from Taco Bell. Most people waste more money each month on crap they don't need, that would more than pay for any lack of insurance. When I was a kid, my parents didn't have to pay for a cell phone and the internet and BlueRay players and surround sound, going out to eat 4x a week, Laptops and Blackberries(unless they ate them) and a plethora of other NON ESSENTIALS! There's no need for the government to step in and supply people with a damn thing! They can get it their selves if only they made it as much of a priority as food! My parents did!

They are worthy, if they get a job and go pay for it. The US was not built on the premise of handouts. If people want to form their own co-ops, fine. If churches and charities are willing to pay for healthcare for those who are lacking, fine. But you cannot force someone to pay for something for someone else.

No were in the construction does it give the house the senate nor the presided the power to provide heath care for the people of this country My we should sent a copy of the construction to the house and senate and ask them to find were it gives them the authority. But I doubt they would read it.
