Is Victim in Chief complains about a non-issue.Obama is not an American in any traditional sense. I accept that he is a citizen, but how could anyone who spent his formative years as an outsider to his own country ever become culturally American? The fact that there are 50 states rolls from the mouths of grade-schoolers with no thought or effort, and yet Obama said he had visited 57 states.
