    That did not happen although it makes for a fine Republican talking point. I know people who did not vote for John McCain because it was too scarey to think someone like Sarah Palin would step up if something happened to John, getting up there in age.

    Definitely did NOT fall for it. He lost any chance at getting my vote with his snarky reply to a question about when life began (That's above my pay grade) and his comment to "Joe the plumber" about "spreading the wealth".

    Incidentally, his "race" never was a factor. I would not have voted for him regardless of thecolor of his skin. Which brings to mind my favorite election bumper sticker: "If you voted for 0bama in 2008 to prove you weren't a racist, you'll have to vote for someone else in 2012 to prove you're not an idiot."

    Naa, they still try to use it, to disagree with Obama is racist also, i did not vote for him because he is a terrible person with no experience.
