Hmmmm. let me see. If it's Mitt Romney's health care program in Massachusetts it's a...um...er......a PENALTY if you do not get insurance. BUT....if it's "Obamacare" as some of you lovingly refer to the President's health care plan as, then it's..um.....er....Oh yeah....a TAX. MisfitWisdom clears all of this up for you today on the "tax/penalty" blog at http://misfit120.wordpress.com

Too much time spent on what to call it. Who cares what it is called? As a Tax payer I know exactly what it is; More of my money!

    It's a tax
    No, it's a penalty.
    No, tax !
    No way... penalty !!
    It's an aardvark.

Doesn't matter what it's called. It is what is it... the law of the land. Massachusetts is pretty happy with Willard's plan, now being phased in nationwide. Way to go, Willard ! Now quit babbling about how you will Repeal and Replace. Replace with WHAT? It's YOUR plan, dimwit. Quit embarrrassing yourself.

What difference does it make. The working poor will be the ones paying it. More proof Obama is a liar.

A tax is put on all. A penalty is put on just the deadbeats, and freeriders.

A tax is authorized by the Income tax amendment. A "penalty" is not supported by the Constitution.
