With the latest shooting tragedy in Colorado, gun control is undoubtedly on everyone's mind. I know it's not as black and white as "freedom vs. safety" but people in the "pro-gun" camp seem to cite freedom, liberty and the 2nd amendment while talking about their right to carry guns. And as for the "anti-gun" camp, many cite the safety and well-being of the general public, as criminals and people with mental disorders will not have such easy access to weapons that kill. What do you think is more important: freedom or safety?

They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither safety nor liberty.
We already regulate who gets guns. but you can't regulate criminals. Criminals don't register their guns, buy them legally and so on.
and not hardly anyone and their brother can go get a gun right now
There's something called a background check that everyone has to go through. not everyone can just go buy a gun.
For those choosing safety, how is that government net working along the Arizona border where our JUSTICE DEPARTMENT is ignoring the laws being broken and the lived changed and lost. You have a chance to do something positive about it in November. You only have to have courage to do it at the ballot box now rather than at the box that holds your child later. Which box would you be happiest with?
