Call me crazy but I don't look at any group or class of people and think "hey, they don't pay enough taxes". If I lived on a block where an arsonist came and burned down every house except one, I wouldn't try to "level the playing field" by torching that guy's pad also. I can be as envious as anyone but that's just ridiculous. If you have a job, if you buy things, if you own things, if you do things, if you live and if you die, you pay taxes on it. We all pay too many. I say good for anyone who can get away with paying slightly less.

I call it a sham. Buffet doesn't pay taxes because he doesn't sell any of his stocks. The Buffet rule won't affect him much.

BTW, since Obama vetoed the Canadian XL pipeline, Buffets owns the railroad to bring the oil to New Orleans. That will increase his stock price a lot.

How many people make a million dollars per year? The Democrats claim 10,000, the Republicans claim about 4000. Let's be conservative and say it's 20,000; if we collected 1 million dollars from every one of those earning a million dollars, it would not pay for 1 month of the Government's spending. Out of the 200 billion dollars the Government would collect, how many people would lose their jobs because the millionaires could no longer afford to pay employees? Don't forget that the top 10% pay 70% of the income taxes and if we collected all their income, how long will it be before they can no longer pay that 70%?

The fool even names his taxes after billionaires. It's obvious who pulls his strings. Buffet is fighting the IRS, not working with them.
