What type of Democrat are you?

spidermonkey™POTL~PWCM~JLA☮Paul 2010/08/30 00:36:59
Related Topics: Democrat, Fun, Conservative

There are four basic types of Democrats/Liberals.

1. "The Deadbeat Dem." This is a true democrat who has never and will never work for anything. They hate those more successful than them, and feel they are a victim of society. Entitlement and laziness are very common side effects of this serious disorder. Sufferers of Deadbeat Democrat Disorder, or DDD for short, will almost always defend the welfare system as their very survival depends on it. They have no problem with tax dollars being taken from hard workers because they will never pay taxes anyway. These Dems like to accuse conservatives of being "cold hearted" or "born with a silver spoon in their mouth."

2. "The Bleeding Heart Liberal Dem." This (also true) type of Democrat has probably never worried about money or had to work very hard for anything in life, likely due to being born into a wealthy family. To their credit, they are generally kind-hearted people, just clueless, and they may really want to help the less fortunate. They refuse to see that the system is AFU, or extremely abused at best. They are not too concerned about their tax dollars being distributed to others because they feel those people *all* really do need assistance and can't help their situation.

3. "The Retarded Straight Ticket Voter." Ahhh yes, the first of the "not really a Democrat" Democrats. A RSTV usually holds very Conservative beliefs, but they feel they must vote Democrat because their Great-Great-Great Grand Pappy was a Democrat (when it meant something TOTALLY different than it does now) and he would roll over in his grave if he knew they voted anything other than a straight Democratic ticket.

4. "Media Inspired Non-thinking Dem." The Media Inspired Non-thinking Dem, or MINTD for short, has no clue what they actually believe about much of anything, but they are quite skilled at throwing out random one-liners and accusations of Fox-News watchery. For fun, debate the issues with a MINTD and watch their heads explode!

Extremists groups in the middle east have very little desire to supply the US with very very cheap energy. Especially when there is proof that we have been claiming large amounts of oil.

Poppies sells are mostly local support for terrorism-Oil is their life blood instead! If we refuse to drill for our own oil-that only puts us at the mercy of the world market is all! Any Country can use that fact as a weapon against us any time they want to! Is that what you want?THe only reason we have an over supply now-is because of our poor economy and people can't afford to buy any more gas then they need to get to work-that is if they're still lucky enough to have a reral job!

All of our oil reserves put together do not even equate to a 1/5th of Iran’s.

North America only has an estimated 16% of the world’s oil. Not to mention you have the US, Mexico and Canada which all share North America so our personal untapped oil reserves which lay under our national forests and wildlife areas........ Are somewhere around 7% compared to the other 93% that can be found elsewhere. Not to mention analyzed data shows that our untapped reserves are only good for 8 years before they to would be depleted.

The only real option is alternative energy.

No matter the percentage of oil we do have in our country-that only confirms the fact that we can't afford not to be drilling for our own oil every place we can now! That is until we have service stations that can offer other forms of energy as well-So thank you very much for making my point!
  • hyrulien AL 2010/10/12 20:16:23 (edited)
    hyrulien
So you are saying we should tear apart our country and potentially pollute the remaining national forests to get a 5% increase in world oil?

We are not even in the top 10 for oil reserves.
    http://www.mapsofworld.com/wo...

Not to mention you have to remember there are great costs to tearing up our forests and land to extract oil. And it takes a rather large amount of man power and money also rights to the land.

We are much better off looking for alternative energy while keeping a grasp on the Middle East to regulate global oil and its ties with terrorism.

But to try and be so Naive to believe we can just rely on our self’s for future oil...... That is just being in denial.

I would much rather extort oil from a nation that is basically a desert, then extract oil from our rich forests and national reserves.

Plus why would we want our greate country looking like this......
oil nation basically desert extract oil rich forests national reserves
  • AL hyrulien 2010/10/12 20:47:42 (edited)

I'm telling you for National security reasons we must drill for our own oil every place we can now! Then to all that man power you're talking about also creats more real jobs as well partner! Please show me where all those alternative service station are and I'll agree with you Parter

How is our worldly average of 5% native US oil reserves. Which is only 21 if I might add...... going to compete with Saudi Arabia and there 261.8 billion barrels of oil reserves?? And that is just one of the many world leaders of oil reserves in the Middle East.

At this point it would be wise for us to drill in locations which transferring to new oil locations would be more wise and abundant. And relocating rigs in such a minute fashion will only insure that we have a tiny boost in which later on we cannot rely to be there.

It is as simple of a concept as this. One man lives in the forest.... One man lives on a mountain.. The man in the forest trades woods for boulders from the man that lives in the mountains..

The Middle East dwarfs North America in oil reserves. If we want to get oil closer to home Canada is a much more profitable option then our own soil. But the reason why Canada has a large reserve in the first place is based on two facts. First the technology today has advanced allowing people to view underground and determine better estimates of oil. And two Canada has allowed much of its natural environment to exist without drilling the oil out. Now this places you in a strange position.... Have a rich environment with a good ecosystem that allows for good fishin...

So let me get this straight..
You refuse to acknowledge the fact that Bin Laden was born in Saudi Arabia and taught under the teachings of Wahhabi to hate Shiites, Jews and Christians.

Along with the fact that FOX is owned by News Corp which the top 2 share holders on News Corp are foreigners. First Rupert Murdoch which basically owns 70% of Main stream media outlets. And the Second a Saudi Prince by the name of al-Waleed bin Talal who just so happened to be raised in Saudi Arabia under the teachings of Wahhabi

According to Wahhabi documents cited by Freedom House's Center for Religious Freedom, "It is a religious obligation for Muslims to hate Christians and Jews." These documents, published by the government of Saudi Arabia, also condemn Shiite Muslims and democracy as a way of government.

    PS
I find it rather hilarious. You point your cursed finger at everyone except for the people actually funding the terrorists. So next time you watch FOX! just remember they are owned by News Corp and a Saudi Prince is making a killing off of you.

funding terrorists watch fox remember news corp saudi prince killing

You do realize there is a massive difference between Shiite Muslims and Wahhabi Muslims right?

Shiite Muslims believe in Democracy and are under threat of the Al Qaeda. The Al Qaeda follow Wahhabi.

Wahhabi is a version of the Muslim faith that believes in a purified extremist version of the Muslim faith. The very concept of Wahhabi explains that all Christians, Jews and Shiite Muslims along with Democracy, must be destroyed. This form of Muslim faith originated in Bin Laden’s home country, Saudi Arabia. Bin Laden was born and raised with people like this Saudi prince I just mentioned.

See bin Laden was born in March 1955 while the prince was actually born in March 1957. The reason why I know that Bin Laden was so closly tied with this prince is because of the fact that Bin Laden’s father, Muhammed bin Laden was always very close to the royal family of Saudi Arabia and it has been documented that his children would play with the royalty's children.

I do realize that the Koron itself tells the Muslims that Jews and Christians are both infedels or Divils as a matter of fact! It also telsl them not to have any fellowship with them as well!
  • hyrulien AL 2010/11/04 17:35:50
    hyrulien
    That is not true.

What you are talking about are scripts from the Wahhabi documents that were added to the Saudi version of the Qu'ran.

If you actually look at the Shiite version of the Koran you will notice they denounced the Wahhabi scripts and that is why they are under threat by the Al Qaeda which are devout followers of Wahhabi.

And for the record I do remember 9/11 and I believe anyone directly accountable for those attacks should be destroyed. But it does us no good when the general public can't tell the difference and starts generalizing anyone that possibly resembles or speaks in similar tones.

Remember the burning of the Koran? Would you want other faiths generalizing every Christian with the burning of the Koran?
