They do not seem to have problem is you are already heavy, but if you gain a lot of weight it seems to be the kiss of death until the lose it.

Especially on females in the business.
It is a huge deal, apparently to gain some weight. You get older, you slow down and not to be obvious but it is a lot harder to lose the weight for women. The only good curves there are photoshopped.
