I am not sure if anyone could come out smelling like roses after this last recession. The financial bubble and real-estate bubble bursting destroyed any President's plans for having a "vision" of what they wanted. If McCain had won we would be looking still at a poor economy. We lost trillions of dollars in wealth in this country with the crash. It takes more than 1 term or even 2 terms of a President to repair the damage and recover the value.

Well he hasn't done anything for me because I'm not American but I'm sure he's done a lot for many Americans, many of whom will be left to rot if jolly old Rommers gets in.

Social Security screwed me over, FHA screwed me over, IRS screwed me over and when I tried to contact the White House, they kept telling me to write them and when I did, they said the same thing again (Catch -22). Mike Rogers, my Congressman, does not have clue what is going on. DITTO FOR MY SENATORS! But I think Romney will not do much better. He will turn the big corporations lose on us to vent their greed and we will be screwed again. NOBODY cares
about the average citizen and they WORK FOR US! When the DEPRESSION hits next January no matter who is President, it will get everybody's attention! The outcome will bring us all closer together and the public will learn what true altruism is.

I'm not pleased with what he has done to social security, there was no cost of living increase for over 3 years, this year is an election years, so the increase came. I'm willing to give hime another 4 years, because he had a lot on his plate, and he has accomplished quite a bite, so I'm willing to let him complete the job, after all, we had BUSH there for 8 years and HE DID NOTHING!!!!!!! The economy almost collapsed, the housing market crashed, Ben Laden was never looked for ( how can you find someone that you're not looking for), and the U.S. was on a collision course. We expected this man to change things in four years, it did not get this messed up in four years. Let the man complete the job you elected him to do 4 years ago!!!
