Here's my word, CORRUPT !!

I have to go with "decent", in no small part because of it's dual meanings. It appears to me that his administration got a rocky start thanks to a perfect storm of a country already mid-economic catastrophe, an intransigent GOP, and a sharper learning curve than many Presidents before him. But even in the face of these hurdles and despite the fact that I don't agree with all they've done, they've managed to do some good overall.

As for the dual meaning I mentioned earlier, it really does appear that Obama himself is motivated by an honest sense of decency. A desire and efforts to bridge differences towards compromise, and to actually affect positive change where needed.
