It's my understanding that MCSO Cold Case Chief Inspector was sent to Hawaii to see if he can verify the "certified" birth certificate that they claim to have.

Of course if Barry wasn't really born here and has a Hawaiian BC obtained via Hawaiian law, he would have a good reason for not allowing any one to see it since the BC would clearly state where and when he was really born.
And that could very well be the motive for his creating the fabricated internet BC that he claimed back in April 2011 and the MCSO Cold Case forensic investigators have found it to be a computer generated fabrication.
