What makes us different from all other countries is our CONSTITUTION. IN JUST A FEW WEEKS.. WE CELEBRATE 237 YEARS OF WHAT SETS US APART

iamnothere 2012/06/17 11:16:11
What sets this country head and shoulders above other countries for the last 237 years? What has made us as a country different than other countries?

What makes us different from all other countries is our CONSTITUTION.

We are a Republic of independent states.

We like other countries elect representatives to pass laws and express our views. We are a country of laws.

Unlike most countries, We have three co equal branches of government.

What makes us different from all other countries is our CONSTITUTION.

Each balancing the others power like a three legged stool.

This week we had a power grab by our president, unlike any that we have ever seen in 237 years. A power grab that could well cause a constitutional crisis.

IN a Dictatorship.. unilateral changes to the law by the dictator are common.. In a Dictatorship, there really is no need for laws to be passed, there is no need for oversight by an independent judiciary.

Obama our POTUS has blatently by order thru Homeland Security given up sovernty of this country and annexed 800000 and counting new citizens from Mexico. No review, no law by congress ... no review of a law by the judiciary.

What makes us different from all other countries is our CONSTITUTION.

We have a President who has appointed 37 Czars to run a shadow governmetnt. Above the laws of the land.. No one knows what they are doing or how.. they are beyond the power of the congress to provide OverSITE

What makes us different from all other countries is our CONSTITUTION.

We have a POTUS who time and time again has publically stated that the biggest problem he has with the USA is that the laws of the land are far to restrictive. They wont let him be a Dictator.

What makes us different from all other countries is our CONSTITUTION.

DO WE REALLY WANT FOUR MORE YEARS TO ALLOW HIM TO BECOME DICTATOR FOR LIFE?

OUR FREEDOM DOES HANG IN THE BALANCE. FREEDOM IS NOT FREE

What makes us different from all other countries is our CONSTITUTION.

What makes us different is the people act like sheep and are letting our elected officials systematically destroy it piece by piece.

The AVERAGE American has a IQ of only 95-98 The average APE has a IQ of 48-52
The AVERAGE HUMAN BEING NEEDS A MINIMUM IQ OF 110-120 TO be CLINICALLY Diagnosed as FREE thinking.

"From Intelligence and the Wealth and Poverty of Nations by Richard Lynn" http://sq.4mg.com/NationIQ.htm

The average Illegal Alien coming across our borders has a IQ of 80-90 due to the 3rd world conditions they were raised in. It is possible to Raise ones IQ By using the GRAY matter in a more complex manner.

But sheeples are lazy and need/want to be told what to do. Thus locking them in at the lower level of FREE THINKING. They are ripe for the picking of unscrupulous politicians and Cohn artists and the Gangster Bankers ! These people vote for NWO control

"We are a Republic of independent states."

Our present administration and tohose in the past have been trying to change thet. They've taken away state power through passing the 17th Amendment, and have done their best to further dilute that power through the EPA, the Interior Dept., Homeland Security, and any other means they can.
Now with the Health care act, the states are being forced into bankruptcy. We can no longer afford the Liberal/Statist/Progressive/S... path we are being forced to take.

A person is defined by what they do, not what they say. Obama has demonstrated, by his actions, that he has nothing but disdain for the Constitution!

    Obama Constitution 1

    Obama Constitution 2

Way too late for that, the Senate would never vote to convict and be a big waste of time.

He needs to be prosecuted for usurping the office, convicted, stripped of the title, and imprisoned, rendering every one of his signatures null & void.

That would all be done if he were Impeached. Not too late, There are even enough Democrat Senators that are enough afraid of losing their status if they don't Impeach. Now IS the time to do it.

    Incorrect
It would require 67 Senators to vote for removal and there's no way in Hades that 22 Dem Senators will do that..... and not a guarantee that all GOP Senators would do so either.

Impeachment is merely removal from office. It has no effect whatsoever on any signed legislation, Executive Orders, appointments, directives.... etc.

Each one of those items would remain valid. The ONLY way to reverse everything, is to convict him of unlawfully obtaining office by proving in court that he was, in fact, ineligible to hold said office.

I stand Corrected, but once impeached, it would be much simpler to CONVICT him. And they Impeached Clinton and he was not nearly as bad a Pres as Obama. And there are more and more everyday on the left that are fed up with Obama and his Treasonous acts.

Clinton was impeached by the House but not removed by the Senate which in the end game produced nothing.
I fully agree, he has to go, and there are many working outside of the Beltway to ensure he isn't on the Nov. 2012 ticket.

They are faced with a huge problem. SOMEBODY will have to step forward and sign his Official Certificate of Nomination (OCON) and whether or not it contains the Constitutional eligibility clause or omits the passage as Pelosi did in 2008.... he's screwed either way.

Upon that filing, 1,000's of lawsuits will be filed across the USA demanding that the person who signed it can prove he was properly vetted and is in fact legally eligible to apply for or hold that office.

He knows it's coming and the DNC knows it's coming. Question is, how will they play it? Will he give his LBJ speech before the DNC convention ... and if he does.... who do they possibly have to put on the ticket instead?

A lot will be happening in the next 6 weeks with both SCOTUS decisions, the results of Sheriff Arpaio's report, the eligibility suit filed in Florida which has been given a green light by the Judge and so on.

You're ignoring the negative effect it will have on a populous that is already fed up with Congress.

Any attempt at impeachment now, after not doing a thing about it for 3-1/2 half years will be viewed as a political ploy and wont achieve anywhere near the effect you describe.

Both bases are locked in .... it's those sitting on the fence that would shake their heads in disgust.

That's why NOBODY in Congress or the media will touch the eligibility issue and it is being pursued from the outside.

Just saying that the impeachment door closed in 2008 when the entire Congress and SCOTUS made the determination that the matter wouldn't be pursued due to fear of civil unrest that undoubtefdly would have swept the nation.

They all knew he was a fraud then, but opted to let him have his term and let the general public oust him before a repeat.

Attorney's must wait until the DNC tries to officially nominate him for the general ticket and files his OCON. Until then, the cases would just be tossed on lack of merit just as the rest have been for 3 years.

They gave up on contesting the 2008 election long ago and are working towards forcing the DNC to prove he's properly vetted and eligible this time around.

By Constitutional law, the electors of the several states SHALL assemble to elect the President and Vice President of the United States. (not verbatim)

If any attempt is made to cancel the election, it would be yet another breach of the Constitution by this administration and add to the list of impeachable offenses.

The states control their own elections and the Governor doesn't even have the authority to cancel a general election.
0bozo can 'try'..... but undoubtedly, all Hell would break loose.

Lots of rumors floating around but bottom line, he has the Secret Service and could station the National Guard around the WH 24/7.

There is no reason whatsoever that he would have to leave the grounds, so that excuse ain't gonna fly.

But, he doesn't stay in the WH. He is out campaigning, or fund-raising, so much of the time. And there was a so-called attempt on his life a couple of mos ago. A sniper at the WH. Although the WH acted like it was nothing.

    I get all that.
What I'm saying is that there is no reason why he would be forced to leave the grounds and could perform all Presidential duties from there.

Campaigning and fund raising are not covered in the Constitution or in the oath of office.

I know all of that. I am not saying he will have attempts on his life. I am saying he will manufacture attempts. Or he will do something so OUTRAGEOUS that it will make people so mad he will declare that a Revolution has been started and he can declare Marshall Law.
And he is not forced to leave the WH. unless you count the fact that he is a narcisisst, and his narcissm causes him to constantly have to be among his adoring" ugh" public.
And why do you know more about American Law than about 80% of Americans?

Thank you and you're welcome.... I try my best but some have never bothered to read the documents, much less understand them.

I've actually stood and read the original copies word by word at the National Archives in Washington DC.
Most don't even realize that our 1st and 2nd amendments were actually the 3rd & 4th Articles (of 12) on the original Bill of Rights. Only one was later ratified and became the 27th Amendment.
