Depends on how you use the word "Natural". I get the part where Hawaii is a state. Look it's all rather strange!

There is precedence from a case where a minor was born here to an immigrant who later returns with the minor to his home country and renounces his and his sons American citizenship while the boy is still a minor. Later the boy wanted to resume his US citizenship and was denied as the father made that choice for the minor.

The idea of the founding fathers was to keep a foreign power from assuming power by birth. His mother married two foreign nationals and spent working most of her adult life out of the country except to gain a doctorate degree.

If you read her story and his and his fathers it's all very strange!

No it doesn't depend on "how you use the word "Natural"" ... It says “all persons born OR naturalized in the United States" ... he was born in the United States... so the naturalized part legally doesn't matter. If it said "AND" instead then it would matter how you use and define "Natural".

It legally matters if someone foreign along the ways intent was to place someone in that office! Look I'm not sating that's what happened! I am saying it's all strange! And the fact that he allows the mystery does not help! It divides!

Granted, he has served a full term, and it is a moot subject now. But according to the law, to be president you have to be born on American soil, or to parents who were.

The Constitution is an important document. By this document the slaves were legally freed. On the beginniong the President had to be a "Native Born"..... Unfortunately a Communst Party of America and elsewhere bought the Democrat Parrty and Perped this "Kenyan: into running as much in the ground as fast as he can.
