What is your opinion of the GOP platform

Wow. The GOP has really painted itself into an ideological corner. I guess that's what happens when you rely on fringe groups, the religious right and talk radio to set your platform. My guess is that they will lose again in 2012, not because Obama is great or even good, but because their field of nominees is so awful.

...i gave up after what they did to Ralph Nader,...and now Ron Paul. Theyre going to do whatever they want,regardless of votes.

Unfortunately, more important than the presidency, is the Congress, which will remain with a Republican House, and potentially a Republican Senate. These bozos will wreak havoc over the next 2-6 years.

I'm not sure it will remain a republican house. In any case it should be fairly well balanced. I actually think both sides have to work together to make this country work.
In my opinion, if the tea party congressmen are booted out, the GOP and Dems will work with each other.

Their platform is paper thin.. Its actually going to be a close race in Nov. and by all rights the GOP should of been able to walk away with the Presidency, christ they could even lose the House..
