Elana Kagan is a Obama lover. Kagan is a left wing liberal radical progressive who is to the left of American values. She should of not been in the court deciding on Obama care because she was part of putting it together. She will never have the courage to agree what is right because she is left. I believe just like all the other SCOTUS jurists that she is there because she has earned her place. Whether appointed by a Republican or a Democrat, Justices have to have a good track record to get there. Who are any of US to attempt to question that. If Kagan is believed to not be worthy, then we need to look at others with even more suspect pasts like Roberts and Thomas.

She is an absolute disgrace. Someone who is determined to destroy the Constitution should not be a judge of any kind, especially not a Supreme Court Justice. Her appointment was purely political and had nothing to do with suitability or competence.

I disaproved when she was nominated. Now that she is sitting in judgement of Obamacare, that she helped write, I am totally disgusted.

She has also refused to recuse herself from the ObamaCare case before the Supreme Court despite advising the WH on it when she worked there. That is completely a conflict of interest.

Add under her reign as Dean at Harvard Law School the requirement course Constitutional Law was removed as a requirement for graduation.
