What is the next school subject that Christians will attack?

Probably try to do away with coed schools,,, put girls back in girls schools where they learn to sew, cook, and raise babies LMAO....

I don't really know but how can math be attacked? It's the only pure language and not really open to religious beliefs. I don't get it.

How did they attack math? I'm intrigued.

During my sixty years, religious Fundamentalists have frequently attacked:

-- Gym, because of the skimpy uniforms and need for showers,

-- Art, because some students express ideas Fundamentalists do not like,

-- English, especially English literature, there is a long history of book banning,
(They banned parts of "Moby Dick" while I was in high school.)

-- Spanish, and all foreign language teaching, has been high on the hit list of religious extremists for years,

-- Music, two words tell that story, "Rock and Roll,"

-- Wood and Metal Shop, In grade school I was given flack by a Fundamentalist principle because I built parts of a 6-inch reflecting telescope and a solar water distiller, both winners at a local engineering fair.

You might also add these two items to the list: School Newspapers and Drama programs. Of course, they've already destroyed science, math, and libraries. Basically, America has a bunch of nuts, which if left uncontrolled, could send our nation back to the darkest days of the Middle Ages.

Why did you principal not like your project?

My grade school's fundamentalist administration did not like science teaching period. My two shop projects were horrors to them. They were astonished that science broke out of the science classroom. The preceding year, they tried to replace science class for most students with industrial arts for boys and home economics for girls.

Although I won the science fair twice, they carved other students names into the trophy.
