In almost every case, the Palestinians have been restricted to refugee camps where they are not allowed to work, live or blend in with the general Lebanese, Syrian, Jordanian or Egyptian population of the community in which they had fled.

Why have other Arabic nations been so hostile to the Palestinian people when in Israel, there are over 600,000 peaceful Arabs living, working, owning homes and businesses and are free to worship however they please. But if a Jew or Christian asks to do the same in Gaza or in the West Bank, they are not permitted to do any such thing. Why is that?

You are correct Gracie, the leadership in Gaza (Hamas) is far worse than the Fatah leaders running the West Bank, but both raise their children by teaching them to hate instead of to adapt a mutually cooperative status with their neighbors and become productive citizens for both themselves, their familes and their heritage.
