A practice in democracy: exercise your right to vote. If you think the winner should be something that is not listed in one of the choices, choose "None of the Above" and post what you think it should be, explaining in detail or providing a link of reference. The results of this poll will be considerable in my determining the winning "outrage", which will be presented as a cartoon at www.polyticks.thewebcomic.com ... Thanks for participating.
Barack Obama's Questionable Ties (Wright, Ayers, etc)
John McCain winning the GOP Nomination
Bailouts (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc., GM, Chrysler, etc.)
Democratic Elections (Acorn, Blagojevich, C. Kennedy, Al Franken, etc.)
Attacks on Sarah Palin & her family
Abuse of racism allegations (ie. Bobby Rush)
Bernard Madoff ponzi scheme
Political attacks on Samuel "Joe the Plumber" Wurzelbacher

Bailouts (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc., GM, Chrysler, etc.)

The bailout...the second runner up was the nomination of the Republican VP...I fell off my chair when I saw her walk out.

Personally, I think Palin helped McCain a lot more than she hurt him. Without somebody to draw on the conservative base, a lot of Republican voters would have stayed home.

She helped at first...the more she spoke, she hurt him...and then, all the talk about them (McCain/Palin) not agreeing...They should have put her in "Republican Charm School" sooner than they did.

We saw the same disagreements with Obama and Biden... even worse in there case, I think. I still think the GOP would have done better with a more-conservative candidate paired with Palin than McCain paired with someone who agreed more with him.

For one, Obama promoted "clean coal" in Ohio and West Virginia while on the campaign trail. When asked about it a few days later, Biden said there was no such thing as "clean coal" and that there was no place for it in their administration. The press questioned Obama about it and he reiterated his earlier statement that developing clean coal would be a high priority with his administration. Biden then recanted his earlier position, citing a minor difference of opinion.

HUGE DISAGREEMENT! It's amazing they managed to stay running mates...give it a rest...that's the best you can come up with?...I don't think that is worth you repeating...I meant things like Palin coming out publicly and talking about her disagreements with decisions that McCain made about where to campaign...Him, having to apologise for the "hatefulness" of some of her rallies, etc.

Since the election is seems like Biden has become Biden "Who?" It would appear he fell off the face of the earth. As far as Palin I listened to voters from her state and they loved her they thought she did a great job for Alaska. She appeard to be the only qualified person running. I hated the way the MSM treated her and the hatred coming from the Dem party toward Sarah. The Dems are definately the party of "full frontal hatred."

Democratic Elections (Acorn, Blagojevich, C. Kennedy, Al Franken, etc.)

This is a tough one for me. They're all pretty outrageous, but my top choices were Obama's ties and the corrupt elections & appointments, simply due to the sheer extent of them. There were multiple terrorist ties and multiple examples of election scandals. Finally, I chose "elections", factoring that Obama tied into that category as well.
