Not if the Media continues NOT to report on the high price of gas.
Anyone remember back in 2008 when we had DAILY reports on the high cost of our gas?
Who was President? Bush. Anyone remember when it got back down to $1.61 a gallon? Who was President? Bush.

Now all we get from the Media is: 'The president has nothing to do with high gas prices'

Several major refinery situations. Plus the GASOLINE MAFIA getting their FAIR SHARE. Where I live, All the stations go up at the same time and are all within a penny of each other. Was told they get a FAX telling them to raise or lower the price, and are threatened if they don't comply. O'$^!thead will not save us. He has been looking forward to $5.00 gas ever since he was elected.

The Democrats (Obama in particular) said that high gas prices meant that Bush and Cheyney had sold out to the oil companies when gas prices went up under Bush's Administration. Even though gas prices have gone up much more under Obama.

When is comes to the gas topic, the American people are a lost cause! We should already be drilling at home and using our own oil and gas!!!!

The most recent cause for the increase is a major refinery fire in California. Before that it is tensions with Iran.

A rally in stocks pushed up commodity prices. And they likely will continue to increase. Also three regional refineries suffered setbacks and had to shut down a pipeline that delivers crude oil from Canada to Chicago. It doesn't take much to get a spike in prices.

Gasoline prices are going the route of its natural and ntended course. There is no conspiracy amongst the oil companies as imagined by the delusional Bill O'Riley. However, having said that, obumbo is directly responsible for us being energy dependent on OPEC which goes hand in hand with his nefarious attempt to bankrupt the country.
